Some people were just invited and were swiftly disposed 0-3, I dont see why they should get any price money. Spread across Top16 is fine because all top 16 accomplish something (getting out of first group stage). Spread across top 8 is fine too. Creating extra content (showmatches, goofy 4v4s or FFAs) is also a good idea. But I really dont like the idea of just giving everyone 150$ in the hand, that sounds both boring and unfair to those who accomplished something.

Id say give top 8 an equel bonus, and the rest spent on some showmatches
maybe make 2 random teams and let them do a BoX and the winner team wins some small cash from left overs i dunno

I think the best decicion would be to give it all to TAKE the host of the tournament as he did organise the whole tournament and holds the tournament in his OWN flat which is sooo amazing. More alc would prolly be nioce too^^

edit: that is if twitch wants it to be spread among ppl there. think the best would be to give as much to take personally so that he does not have any financial problems regarding financing this tour. the rest could be the price money for 4v4 (players randomly mixed into teams)

I think distributing it between all amazing players (and TaKe and co.) that made the awsomeness that is HSC possible would make a lot of sense, but I think it would end up being spread to thin.

So gogo showmatches I say! The more silly the better. Like a 4 vs 4 off-race tournament where teams of 4 foreigners try to take out an all-star corean team: MC, MKP, HerO and JYP.

Randomly picked 2v2 tournament with the people knocked out of the main tournament.

i.e. the 16 dropped at to Ro32 make 8 team, play 2v2.
The winners then play the random groups from the players dropped in the Ro16 etc etc
Until a final 2v2 with both players dropped in Ro4

Ideally I would say spread it across all the players, but that's only some 160 each. Also, if I remember correctly Blizzard gets half or something if the total prize pool is over 5k? That reduces it to 80.

Have some more relaxed games if the players are up for it. Have some team team games or something. Have a random drawing to spread players for teams without 4 players.

I like majoirty chose to spread it across all but an option to give it to the two competitors for the game of the day $500 each plus an xtra 500 each for game of tourn might incentivise exciting games
