Group B or F are both way harder I don't think things are as completely stacked against Idra as everyone thinks. Sure, Nestea and MVP are favorites, but I don't think that the gap is as wide as some think it is. As good as his TvZ is, zergs can beat Nestea. Hell, Haypro came pretty close, and ZvT is Idra's best matchup. Add on top of that his training with Slayers and all of their terran, and suddenly MvP vs Idra seems like it could be pretty close. Honestly, the hardest one to call in that group is going to be Nestea vs Idra. Nestea's ZvZ is still a force to be reckoned with, and he did beat Idra at the MLG Invitational, but it looked a lot closer than most of the ZvZs Nestea plays. Again, this could reasonably go either way. As for Idra vs Lucky, Idra *should* be the favorite, but I can't remember any of Lucky's ZvZs since IPL3. Also, on this being a group of death: The only matchup that I think is clearly going to go one-way is MVP > Lucky. Aside from that, their is a high chance that anyone in this group could beat anyone else. Idra could 3-0 (6-0 cause of Bo3) his group, or he could get knocked out without taking a single map. We could see any combination of these players winning/advancing out of the group. It is a group of death. | ||

It's not a round robin group format, they're the same as they were before just with bo3s rather than bo1s. If someone wins 2-0 and then 2-0, they've advanced. | ||

I'm looking forwards to see if he can proof himself for sure, but why feel sorry for ending up in a tough group after this? O_o Groups look great though really unlucky for oGs & MVP but that's RNG for you. I'm really looking forwards to next season though GOM better hurry up with unlocking them Premium tickets already, especially since those have AOL added which started in3 days. | ||
