Idra improved mentally (and physically) while at EG (although it took him awhile). Puma improved financially and in star value. No one knows if the streak Puma was running prior to moving to EG would have continued had he stayed in TSL.

If I'm a player and my contract is running out, I can go to any team that wants me. No one would be stealing me, I would be going where I wanted to go.

While home growing players is definitely commendable, offering established players better alternatives isn't really stealing really. In fact, it's probably a more inaccurate use of the word "stealing" compared to when it was used to describe piracy.

Whether it was a troll, mistake, or if DRG really is joining EG, is due to see.

I never understood whiners about trades or leaving for better money/opportunity, everyone here would leave their current position if a better opportunity presented itself.

1) DRG streamed on new years eve to foreign viewers. 2) He temporarily changed his twitter to EGDRG.

Also, IF this was DRG I guarantee you EG would hyping it a LOT more than just a simple twitter tweet.

A lot of people expect loyalty from players, whatever reason they might have to switch, and players need to expect it. It's a professional sport where people build their livelihood on it. Lebron left because he spent 7 years not winning in cleveland and got sick of it (his way of leaving was very stupid of course). I think the Albert Pujols situation is more appropriate as he was getting so much money anyways and was on a very good team you'd think he wouldnt care about 30m more. That was an odd decision to me.

Not saying its not Jyp, just saying that i don't take that to be a definitive clue. Hes just a Protoss fan boy.

Wasn't hero in that group too? But to me it's obviously JYP. No team for a while leads me to believe he wants a foreign team, Puma and JYP are close friends/former teammates.

Axslav and strife make good runs occasionally. They have done wonders with idra since the teanhouse. Demuslim is drastically better as well. Especially considering his injury. Puma has improved under EG, and i think when Huk gets on a less busy schedule he will show better play too. What did you think their "homegrown" talent would do? Become the best players in the world? Cause thats how things work right? You know IM and SlayerS are full of non stars too right? Well I expect more from players with a salary who can have practice as good as they can. EG's NA players ain't best group of players in NA, even though they have a good practice house (something no one else has in NA, but REIGN) and one of the best group of practice partners outside of Korea (the more recent signees + Idra). StrifeCros best achievement is getting into IEM New York (because qxc cancelled) and being last in his group there. I hardly call Axslav ESWC run that impressive (it was good), but honestly only really good win was Strelok (he lost tho Nerchio, Moman and Stephano and we are talking about his best run here). Machine is waiting for his big break. Then there is LzGamer who is a decent caster in NASL. DeMuslim ain't "drastically better". His best finish came under a month after joining EG, but he was in beast mode in online cups for a while in this fall I give you that. But DeMuslim is not a player that EG developed, he was established well before he joined EG & same goes with Puma and HuK. Also imo Puma was most dominant during his NASL season one win (more koreans in that tourney, like MC, Squirtle, July etc.), but that is besides the point. Btw I am not blaming EG on anything. Developing new talent ain't easy, I know that.
