Today I learned that if Player A goes to Team B, then it's always stealing, and a gross violation of morals and ethics. Thanks Virgil. It kinda is. Kinda like how Man U and Chelsea always get flak for buying players off "poorer" teams... Or how Lebron was criticized for leaving Cleveland. If it is indeed DRG, then there will be quite a bit of backlash, but it's understandable. He was their Ace player after all.

Well, there's a huge difference between negotiating a trade between a player who wants to be on a foreign team (Like Sleep) versus throwing piles of cash at a player that likes his current team environment and has risen to stardom on that team. I'm not an EG anti-fan for any reason, but coercing DRG away from MvP is just bad taste no matter how I look at it. I don't see why it would be bad taste? DRG needs the money. EG needs the players. Everyone wins. Neither party actually NEEDS those things. Sure, they may want them, but it's not a necessity. EG could have had a much better business deal signing JYP or Sleep for much less than they would have had to offer DRG to leave MvP.
Short and simple, EG likes to sign great players because they can't develop them.
EDIT: This is all simply theoretical. I still think JYP is going to EG, not DRG.

You know, it makes sense since DRG was figuring out how to stream yesterday and was only streaming for one day. Could have just been figuring settings out. I dont see a big deal if he goes to EG, im pretty sure DRG has a contract or whatever with MVP but if they let EG have him then i don't really see a big deal.

I wish they would stick to the foreigners.

It sounds like you ARE anti-EG. How do you even know there was foul play? How do you like DRG didnt goto them first? How do you know there wasn't a friendly transfer discussed by both teams? How do you know that there was "coercion" involved? Your either anti-EG or just pessimistic in general.
Your double standards are ridiculous. So its not okay for a team to go after talent.. but what about the talent himself? Does he not deserve recognition? Does he not deserve financial stability? Does he not deserve more exposure?
For what its worth, you can relax, I highly doubt its DRG. He'd goto Complexity before EG because they have a standing partnership between MvP and coL. Most likely were looking at someone teamless like JYP.

Isn't DRG known as a troll? especially with his hilariously funny Gom interview antics? I think people need to wait a bit especially since its DRG.

Oh DRG, you are a master troll.

DRG already gets plenty of foreign exposure from the coL.MvP deal, not to mention his Code S Status. When it comes down to it, I see no reason that DRG would have approached talks with EG, but plenty that could have led to EG approaching DRG.
Like I edited into my last post, it's all theoretical. I think JYP is going to EG from what I've heard through some of my contacts.

True, DRG has the popularity earned from his results, but that doesnt mean he has the financial stability to show for it. I personally have no problem with high profile players switching teams, that's probably were we don't see eye to eye.
Agree on JYP though, thats the most realistic player based on what we know.

People should be happy for the new recruit because it means this player is getting paid good money and will have every opportunity to play in tournaments worldwide. Everyone agrees players need to be treated better. Guess what? EG treats their players great. They support them as much as any team, if not more.

Would be weird if its DRG. Then EG would have 2 zergs that specialize in ZvT, have fairly good ZvZ, and not very good ZvP. Though EGDRG would sound pretty cool.

Yeah my contacts are saying Flash and Bisu to EG. These are solid contacts guys don't worry.

Coerce? really it is coercing, has to be right? We DONT even know DRG was signed and even IF he was how in God's name do we know he was coerced lol.
Every time EG picks up someone or threatens to it has to be by force heaven forbid somebody actually wants a decent salary to compensate their skill level

Well based on the current evidence it's true tbf. iNcontroL, Strifecro, Machine and Axslav are yet to show anything really.
Not that it matters from their point of view. They've stated many times that they are not looking to develop players and want already made ones. So it shouldn't really surprise people when they've been honest about it.
