wimp.com is only a collection videos of the day before. A BEST OF if you will. They make a selection of 5-6 of the best videos/interesting/popular from the day before and post them there. It's basically a youtube for those who don't have time to browse it all day. Going on wimp.com makes sure you are not behind in your internet video watching!
Although the website is really minimal, a lot of people go there to watch their daily videos, so the video being there means it's going viral

oh, also, for all of you who have a server assigned IP on DSL, on some configurations you can just unplug/plug in your router to get a new IP, so you can vote again.
