There have been a dozen tournaments where EG has done better and a dozen others where Mouz has done better. Saying one did better at the NASL is completely subjective. EG got further, Mouz had a better overall win record. It completely depends on what you think is important. Rivalries are cute, but if they get down to flames then they are just stupid and immature. pretty much. there are always ups and downs, sometimes one does better then the other, sometimes the opposite. its basically just a friendly banter, no need to take it srsly.
exactly dont knwo why people get so mad.... your just cheering on your favourite team/player of course theres gonna be arguing

you know this whole banter thing ended pretty much when Mouz said that they won EG masters cup twice in a row.. thats like beating up a team on their home turf in a tournament which they are expected to win. Also considering that most of Mouz's players are home grown talents who have excelled (Thorzain was Prae i guess). But then friendly banter is always good.. Also I dont think Incontrol needed to poke his nose in between as none of the players had tweeted.. and as a captain a little responsibility would go a long way .. But at the end of the day.. its pure fun..to keep the sc2 community buzzing
|
Meh EG got a player further but Mouz did better as a team, end result; fans of both teams declare a win and the internet proceeds to not give a damn. Plus this will all be forgotten in a week anyways.

edit~or are you saying that since in the past maybe he's had fun at another persons expense so he isn't allowed to joke around with people for the rest of time?
Either way, you look silly.

You're right, he's clearly being malicious with his comments. Taking part in a little friendly banter between teams, for the enjoyment of the fans, is totally unacceptable and he should be ashamed.
Let me guess you're one of the 12 year olds who still hate Incontrol for saying Select used the same build every game back at MLG D.C.... after he was asked what he thought about Select's play.

Mouz Twitter (or whoever is behind it) wrote a couple of fun lines over NASL once, Incontrol has been making it his selling point for the past two years to have "fun" at someone else's expense.
Your comprehension clearly isn't the best.

I don't live in america but I think it's more accepted to be a douchebag over there (douchebag in my therms atleast). For example, IdrA and Lalush. Both super BM players who whines how Zerg is really weak and underpowered and calls their opponents names. Idra is praised over in USA and people love his BM, wants him to never change. Lalush is hated for his BM here in Sweden simply because unlike USA, it isn't accepted to be an asshole and nobody finds it funny. I'm not saying either is wrong but saying "common social rules, everyone over 12 should be familiar with them" is stupid because they vary depending on where you're from.

People like Idra despite his BM because he's arguably the best player in NA and has been since beta. When Lalush starts winning tournaments he'll get a free pass for being BM too.
Also it's impressive when someone backs up their trash talk, and terribly unappealing when they don't. That said I'm from the U.S. and in general it seems like we have do have more assholes than other countries. Take that for what it's worth, it does feel more accepted here. I don't necessarily think Idra is one of them though.

My "post history" has 2 posts directed at you, this is the third (and the last).
Unless you're counting posts about your team, in which case I can't help you, it's the image you guys are going for anyway so I didn't think it mattered. Enjoy Hero winning tomorrow.

Except naniwa is swedish and not american so people on reddit went from "rofl naniwa so cocky i cant wait for nestea to take his revenge and crush him" to "well. naniwa may have won but he still will never gian my respect with such BM" just for saying nestea did an idiotic move (which was idiotic). Naniwa does back up his BM, he is arguably more succesful than IdrA right this moment, still gianing more haters than lovers because of his BM. Hell, the crowd even boo'd him out at MLG when the casters shouted out his name.

Mouz is 1-1 against EG's true contenders. Demuslim hasn't won any notable tourney since HSC 1 back in September 2010. Huk lost but Puma won. It'd be like facing IdrA vs biGs. Or Mana vs Axslav.
