I really don't know, maybe a korean liquidian can answer this one. But I see no reasons why he shouldn't have to follow the korean laws like any other koreans. What if there where some sort of retroactive rule that will oblige artosis to do the mandatory military duty once he becomes a korean citizen (via birth and marriage in korea) don't see that happen but I have no clue on korean laws | ||

Since Artosis and his girlfriend are both Americans, their kid will be an American citizen, not a Korean. | ||
