Hey, these things happen. But the production value is awesome, the casters are great, the players and the games are fantastic. Technology always has problems, we'll wait. It's a huge event for SC2 and eSports in general. And I got to sit and watch it all, while at work, while being paid. Hahahahaha.

i think many are us are extremely unhappy about the "randomized group C" arrangement.

How is that fair to the players? Also, many of us were looking forward to certain matches too. Sigh.

You did the best job in that situation (the bw matches were awesome) and it was an incident you can't plan with.

That sucks really :[[[[, you guys must be really pissed first the blacklist things than the *a truck hit our fucking internet connection* thing. Non the less you are doing a great job from what ive seen/read about your crisis management and ofcourse your content when it runs is AWESOME. I hope the next days will work more smooth.
