Huk & IdrA are pretty tied at the moment in my opinion, with Stephano a little behind them. I wonder whether Huk could've beaten Bomber if he had to face him in MLG Orlando, he did beat MC pretty convincingly in their first game on tal'darim however in the 4 gate vs 4 gate. Stephano has done very well but from my understanding he has yet to beat a player of Bomber or MC's caliber in a tournament and has lost games to slightly lower players like Kiwikaki and just recently NightEnD in the ESWC pool play, his ZvP in general seems a bit weak to put him among the other two top foreigners, but we'll see as he gets more opportunities to prove the extent of his abilities.

How can you list Idra and Huk over Stephano when none of them have won 2 major lans in his last 3 lans. I would say they are equal. Maybe stephano is slightly ahead. The guy won more money in the last 2 weeks then any other foreigner since release

But its hard to say Idra,Stephano,Huk all 3 are amasing

Lol, perhaps because just a couple months ago HuK HAD won 2 of the last three major lans and NOW he's won MLG Providence too.

Dunno if I'd consider idra to be on the same tier yet but he's close, and yeah stephano is amazing too

HuK won Providence? Well, than this ends this discussion he's the best.
It is what it is.

Thorzain get's rick rolled by Idra in every match they meet in a tournament. Also Stephano is a bit overrated and I do not think the ESWC is a good reference since they did not use player booths and the casters were casting the game over the loud speaker in FRENCH. Probably the most deserving people and actual best are Naniwa, Huk, and Sen who each have proven it through their consistency in winning and placing well in tournaments. Most of the other people on the list have had times when they were knocked out rather early or by someone who shouldn't of beat them, while Naniwa, Huk, and Sen pretty much make it to round of 8 in every tournament they enter and are rarely caught by an upset.

By top koreans in ESWC you mean MKP? I wouldn't even put him in the top 5 Terrans anymore. Sorry but you should of looked at the roster before you pluralized Koreans. It should of been separated from IPL all together.

Idra, Thorzain, and MC also went to ESWC, and Stephano ended up winning it. That means that Stephano is better than Thorzain and Idra, who along with Huk, are probably the only contenders to position of being the best foreigner. MC and MKP are both top Koreans, so therefore the word "Koreans" is correct.

Rofl what? Thats a terrible comparison. It's not like Stephano knocked out Idra and HuK.

Idra and Huk placed higher then Stephano at MLG, guess they are better than Stephano.

MLG was before ESWC. Idra and Huk were better than Stephano then, but now, he is better, since he placed higher at the most recent tournament. It should also be noted that ESWC is a MUCH bigger tournament that MLG, with more than 5x the prize money for 1st place.

I mean its easier to have a relative top of each race than a definitive best:
Terran: Thorzain
Zerg: IdrA/Stephano
Protoss: Huk (maybe Mana)

I mean they will shift from position but the game is volatile enough to not be set at good/better/best.. I mean LiveZerg beat Idra -.-
Remember, no matter where you go, there you are.

All three went to MLG Orlando and Idra and HuK placed higher.

See how easy it is to spin that?

Blind fanboyism is disgusting.

All three went to ESWC and Stephano placed higher. Therefore, he is better.

Please, how it that not accurate?

Just so you know, I'm not a Stephano fanboy. I just think hes the best foreigner. Idra fanboys like you are disgusting.

Too bad MLG is 5k dollar and you have a better chance of winning by being already in pool.
Seriously Stephano just won 70k dollars in three weeks XD.
People are underestimating him it's crazy

I'd say Stephano due to his recent wins. His play is very impressive, it's solid, standard and hard to find mistakes in his play. Huk might be the only one to rival his skill in my opinion.

Idra and Mana kinda comes close but still a bit away in my opinion.

Man. Idra has as many haters as he does lovers.

These polls are pointless, nobody votes the truth just who their favorite is.

HuK currently has the best results from any foreigner has to be in top 3 for the sole reason he is a code s player when no other foreigner is. He also won 2 of like his last 3 LAN events. So yea, HuK without a questions has to be up there.

I think the Sen is better than Idra/Stephano but Idra/Stephano have more recent results. Sen can't really be put on a list untill he starts playing tourneys like he did in the past. Thorzain shows potential, but no results.

HuK
Idra (his game vs bomber most people considered the finals of mlg)
Stephano/Mana

Stephano has weak ZvP? He has beaten HuK quite a few times, 3-1 Mana a few hours ago, (no he didn't lose to NightEnd btw) statistically its his best matchup. His style is super solid (just roach/ling hydra corruptor, no gimmicks) but with really amazing expansion timings. As for beating top players, he recently beat MKP at ESWC, is he good enough?

1 tournament win means pretty much nothing. Def top 3. But you can't make that kinda claim till the dude can actually win or at least place high a few times in a row. He went off his ipl3 win to not do shit in mlg. Just like thorzain did after tsl

1 tournament win means pretty much nothing. Def top 3. But you can't make that kinda claim till the dude can actually win or at least place high a few times in a row. He went off his ipl3 win to not do shit in mlg. Just like thorzain did after tsl

stephano won 2 tourneys
