How can Kas be on this list? The man can seriously not win on lan events for some reason and should definitly not be on this list.

Jinro, SjoW and DeMusliM is just a few other Terrans that could replace him ez.

Maybe not won any lan events but Kas but I feel confident saying he is probably the best EU terran besides Thorzain..

I might have huge euro bias but I feel some people from the US don't really belong in that list. Even though it's almost impossible to see who the best foreigner is I wish someone would host a world championship without koreans just to get a better idea.

Btw, Select, american??

Select has always been considered American. He lives and practices on NA server. He just has korean backround in his blood (similar to other NA players)

No he hasn't. It's only a small part of NA players that wants to call him "american" just because NA can barely produce good players and SeleCT happens to be one of few good players on the NA server. Most of the NA players with korean background wasn't born and grew up in Korea like SeleCT. He repped Korea in DoW @ WCG and he uses the korean flag, I doubt he would call himself an american.

Stephano is so easily better than Sen. Sen has recently lost pretty much everything. Stephano on the other hand just qualified for ipl 3 by knocking out Revival, Puzzle and MMA and those guys deffinitly took the games serious since they wanted to be on ipl for sure! Furthermore his ladder run means quite a lot. Why shouldn`t it mean something when a player can wien 64 out of 65 games against the best european players? And just today he has won the fxo koth with a 4 win streak.
With great power comes great responsibility.

LOL? Thorzain, wow people must not actually watch his games, he is no better then any random GSL code A Terran.
HUK on the other hand Still managing to stay in code S at a time when Protoss is really weak in Korea, even as the top Korean protosses fall to mediocraty.

He is easily the best foreigner and best Protoss player on the planet.
I play Protoss, because lets face it, who doesn't love hyper-advanced Egyptian ninja-aliens that kill people with lightsabres attached to both arms?

fanboy alert

i'd say thorzain huk sase and maybe stephano all deserve to be called top foreigners. white ra just hasn't shown too many results as of late, and sen is always a mystery since he doesn't participate much. i'd say that sen would be the best foreigner in the world if he lived in korea though.

i'd put my money on huk as of right now. thorzain's still got a lot of room to grow in tvz and tvt. i'd say sase is a lot better than most of you think, i'd say he's top 5 foreigners

select is always a dark horse. he's always there but never top. he won NA blizz tourney but that's about it. i'd like to see more of him, he's definitely got the talent.

HuK is the one who's been in Code S the longest, I don't really care what other results he's had. How MaNa or Kas is on the list is beyond me but whatever.

I find it funny how people say IdrA is on the list when he made it to the Ro8 of the GSL, and was in it for 3 straight seasons. The game may have been newer, but that's still WAY more than any other foreigner except HuK.

Thorzain is prob #3, SeleCT #4.

HuK, when on his game, is no doubt the best foreigner. Thorzain and Sen are probably the most consistently good, but my vote goes to Huk

I woted for MaNa, because he is dragging Mousesports through all the team leagues.
He's also shown very good results on Assembly, IEM Gamescom.
And he's polish

But as it is right now, i would go with something like this:

Tier 1
Thorzain, Huk, Naniwa, Sen, Ret.

Tier 2
Stephano, Mana, Demuslim, Nerchio, Sase, Dimaga, Major, White-ra, Socke
and maybe Lucifron

Tier 3
Sheth, Morrow, Sjow, Strelok, DDE, Hasuobs, Darkforce, Brat_OK, Goody, qxc, Killer, Kas, Happy, Beastyqt

I understand what you mean... :p But no doubt he's a beast and will show it at ipl.
Atm Huk didn't even go through the bracket in all the last LAN he attended, (or lost in the first round like in valencia), i don't know how he stays in code S. But i guess sometimes luck matters

Maybe he was on GSL in january, but it was 6 month ago...
Jinro have the best (by far, HuK didn't managed to get to ro4) achievements in GSL for a foreigner, but he's slumping hard right now hence he's not on the list (but I would like he gets back to top code S ).
For now I don't feel Idra as a top foreigner, he didn't put really good result for a long time now, and sometimes really loose in embarrassing ways. By the way he keeps thinking that Protoss is OP vs zerg (O_o).

I haven't been up to date with Stephano lately but what has he done against Koreans? The only thing I think I can remember is him getting crushed by MC at HSC

Facerolling through IPL qualifiers, stomping marineking, mma, puzzle, revival etc

Which is online events. Boxer, MC, and a bunch of other Koreans got crushed many times too.

Boxer didnt get crushed in his online events. If anything he played better online than he does offline even with latency.
