White-Ra should be there tbh as well as Fenix and Sjow imo.
But from that list I would say HuK, SeleCT or ThorZain, maybe Naniwa in his best day.

At what LAN? It doesn't exist. Unless you count laddering as a LAN, in which it's not even remotely close to measuring true skill. IPL is basically a glorified ladder. Nerchio went 3-0 in his group at IEM beating Huk 2-0, Stephano got 3rd place at Assemply summer beating the likes of Sen wassup son? Sen and HuK aren´t Koreans you know... Beating Huk and Sen still huge and saying they haven't proved them self at lans is just bullshit

Idra is #1 with about 50% of the vote, then I sighed because I knew the trolls won. seriously? it aint trolling. any person with a brain can take a look at idra's performance over these past few months and understand that he doesn't deserve it. the trolls are the people who actually think idra is good compared to the rest. the fact is, the world has caught up to him. during the beta, his bw experience helped him power through enemies with macro. but now everyone can macro and he is being left in the dust. unless we see a DRAMATIC change within his training (moving to korea and playing like a madman), we are going to forget idra in a year.

This completely. Select is a foreigner, hes been playing in NA/EU since the beginning. If he stays in Korea permanently this time we can call him Korean. Atm I'd say Huk/Jinro are also considered Korean since they've been living and practicing in Korea for quite some time now.

Yup, this. I'm pretty sure this how it's classified otherwise the Koreans that play in NA would be considered Korean.

I think it's pretty well understood that race and that stuff is completely irrelevant. "Foreigner" is more about where you trained and learned the game, and having the same race as the local Koreans does not make him magically lose his training ties with NA the second he enters the country. Though on the other hand, I would almost hesitate to even claim Huk as a foreigner because his current level of play is obviously a product of living and training in a local Korean team house for so long. Jinro, too.

White-Ra should be there tbh as well as Fenix and Sjow imo. But from that list I would say HuK, SeleCT or ThorZain, maybe Naniwa in his best day. Except for Sen getting, you know, 3rd at NASL.

Idra should in no way be at the top. I agree thought that Idra is currently doing badly and hes def not the best foreigner, but he's far from the worst we have to offer.

Clarification : He is focusing on Taiwan esports and tourneys, he is not even top 200 on KR/TW ladder and doesn't practice as much there. Sen was always in Taiwan even when he was on Fanatic. And his practice partners if he even bothered with Fanatic...is as bad if not worst. The only thing that changed in his environment is that now he has regularly scheduled games and (presumably) practice time. If anything, the structured practices and the experience of playing live will make him better. He still has access to the Asian servers. While his opponents/team/tournaments are unknown to the non-Tawianese scene his situation has vastly improved. He is like like shaolin monk that disappears into some obscure mountain to train by himself and will return to civilization (foreign tournaments) to test his training.

Realistically he shouldn't be at the top. but perhaps it is because his decline has been so steep that people cannot but help mark him down? That is my thinking, cuz his results and his manner has created a dramatic downfall.
