This is honestly not the case at all. Redbull lans have been going on for a while now. They are primarily for preparation for the Halo teams. They are now helping sc2 players out. Redbull does this to almost every person they sponsor. Walshy, and Status Quo are being helped out by Redbull. The fact that they are including sc2 this time around is great and maybe we'll see a redbull sponsored sc2 player soon. I find it pretty weird to add a game for a LAN when Blizzard doesn't even have a LAN feature. Loving the event so far though.

Too late for my timezone, but I need to start practicing for MLG/IPL late night sessions so it is good practice not only for the players, but also for us European viewers ![]() lol practice staying awake all night, nice!

I've been waiting two days almost. Start of the 29th I thought it would start 11 PM CEST. It didn't, then the 30th it was gonna start 11 PM CEST. But I messed up the timezones and it was gonna start at like 2 -3 AM. Maybe the event would start at 11 but the stream would start later. Now the 3rd day I check again and at least there are VODS, been getting really hyped to watch. Edit: Since there seems to be a lot of DMAQ on the stream. I think it is the perfect moment to post the following. It's an impression what I believe two public figures of the Halo community. Atleast one is a pro player for sure. 'Going forward, it's really funny, because statistically speaking, DMAQ, MLG commentator, for Halo, on the pro circuit, at DC, on the bubble, has a very specific way of talking and they can really make it into a comedy, I have to give them kudos for that.' - The style is somewhere along those lines. + Show Spoiler +

then what is it? Its an event where pro SC2 players can practice SC2 constantly for a whole weekend before MLG next week. They're training, not competing.

Looking forward to seeing some more practice games. Its really interesting to watch the different games you get from a practice setting as compared to someone streaming ladder games or playing in a tournament.
