didnt he smash MMA? i'd consider him as one of the top terrans.

The foreign scene will never become better if the talent keeps moving to Korea. I believe that will come to an end eventually though, as the money is in the foreign tournaments and the foreign scene. As such, I am glad people like Thorzain and Stephano wants to stay in Europe.
they are going to be much better if they move to korea! unless moving to korea makes them not europeans...

How many lan's has he attended?

I think this guy is the best young talent out there right now. He could be a monster. That's why I was excited about him joining Col. Hope Mill will start sending him more places. I'm really looking forward to seeing him in IPL

It just shows that he needs something else than european ladder to practice...

He will attend about every european tournament he can, and will probably be in MLG Orlando as well

I have always thought ladder showed skill, moreso than some of my colleagues... this is really impressive. As long as he's keeping an open mind and not getting used to whatever the trends are on the EU ladder, he should do really well.
|
This is quite sick! I hope he doesnt fuck the ladder up and does like HuK who isn't able to find a game... This would be so sad, waiting for 30 mins on his stream!

You mean MVP.
And I don't think he would quite yet.
Ladder != tournaments

he is crazy, owning top terrans like merz several times in a row with ling only just 4 fun.
dimaga on his stream looked mechanically like a noob compared to him.
just impressive.

From what I've seen/read/heard about Stephano he doesn't "keep up" with the community in the sense of hanging out at TL and watching streams and stuff because he A) Doesn't want his gameplay to be influenced too much, and B) Because he wants to tend to his social life rather than immerse himself into SC2 100%.
So basically, I hope he keeps on doing what he feels is best and I hope that only makes him a better player in the end. I have high hopes for Stephano in the future! Fighting!!§

The European zergs are doing better and better now though. For example Lalush (also from Millenium) has gone 19-1 in the past 20 games. Not to mention that the top 3 are all zerg.
Is Lalush playing from Sweden or from France at the moment? For it feels like he has been getting better quite fast lately.
|
His mechanics are the most impressive i've ever seen from a progamer stream. At one point he had a webcam on his keyboard and it was mind-blowing.
Also beating terrans building only zerglings as combat units during the whole game..

Damn this are such a sick stats. Stephano gotta be on fire. Really looking forward to his upcomming tournament show ups.
|
At first I thought he was a douche for signing a contract with complexity (and still think he is) but after watching some of his stream, he plays very inspired zerg. His speed and decision making are incredible. Check him out if you get the chance.
