This is amazing news! I didn't pay much attention to the foreign scene in BW, so I didn't know who Juan was back then, but after watching him play on his stream, it's obvious that his mechanics are ridiculously good. Combined with his great work ethic, I think as long as he doesn't get caught up in behavior related issues, his future will be amazing in Korea.

Edit: props to Artosis for doing this as well!

Hmm, no thats not how ELO works the koreans that enter tournaments got a veyr high ELO so it doesnt matter to a foreign players ELO if they lose only if they beat them.

Easily? Noooo it will be difficult.

He plays Terran, which apparently is the strongest race right now. And he has some of the best mechanics I have personally ever seen. I think he can easily become the best foreigner, if not a top korean

Weird wonder why they picked him up as opposed to a more successful player in terms of LANS. Work in progress maybe.

So excited to see him improve over there, he's such a skilled player. Hope he doesn't screw up this opportunity, at least for a few months to give him time to show off his skills

Congratulations to Major. I know he's been wanting to go to Korea for some time now so I'm glad a team decided to pick him up. Hope to see him in some GSTL matches soon.

You act as if teamless foreign players eager to join Korean teams grow on trees. Major is pretty much the best player out there available besides Naniwa (who is probably already working something out as we speak).

He might be able to become a top foreigner, but it won't be done easily. I kind of wonder why TSL would take a risk on him. Based on history, I'm not sure he'll last long in TSL or Korea.

Meh. I think the Korean scene is pretty oversaturated with great Terrans right now. I think he'll go over there and get lost in the mix.

You don't deserve all the things Artosis does for you, Major.

Don't screw this up.

Awesome, I'm so happy that MajOr finally gets to go to Korea, I hope that TSL can get him to finally stop jumping around and making so many mistakes and start the road into Code S

Regardless of whether he succeeds or not, I have to say I am happy for Terran (and Artosis). He's been trying to go to Korea since he was like 16, and it's always a been a pretty rocky trip for him.

Hopefully he matures during his time in Korea, both as a player and a person...he would do well with maturity in both aspects. And goddam does he need to lose some weight lol

Pretty much this. Almost guaranteed he'll fuck it up within a month though. Countdown starts now.

Happy to see that TSL is expanding though I'm not convinced about it being Major. That said I only know him about that SEA-smurfing debacle so I'll give him a shot.

I love TSL dearly and don't want this to hurt them, especially when they're such a close-knit team that's doing so well

WHAT? Am i the only one who feels like this really came out of nowhere? Happy for Major though, hope he can stay in line this time properly.
