Anyways: I can just guess, but the reason for inviting Koreans is prob (the same as for many other tournaments before), cuz due to the language its tough for many organizers to have qualifiers in Korea - and even then it might be tough to get top huge names to participate in it. And by inviting the big players you can ensure to have some nice competition... + why should it be a disadvantage for the foreign community? the winners of the qualifiers get hotel etc paid, too. (yes, for foreign players its tougher to get an "invite", but that doesnt matter for the community as a whole) | ||
