Dont buy, aftonbladet is the worst "newspaper" out there.

Pay for good streams with real casters, not popular-media like this thats just in it for the traffic.

Last time they streamed Dreamhack invitational at stockholm it was flawless, much better than dreamhack own stream at justin.tv, so will probably pay 15 cent to see it at aftonbladet.se

The stream quality was good last time but the casters were so bad that I actually felt embarrased watching it.
It just feels greedy to make ppl pay for watching it this time, even tho its only 1kr.

I woud honestly pay for any stream like this, but for 1 exception...Aftonbladet. That newspapper is just horrible :/ It just writes lies and make HUGE articles about a Example; a cat stuck in a tree. Woudent surprise me if they made a follow up on it and asked evrybody that knew the cat how they felt and made up questions about their time in their life when the cat were gona etc. Now im not here to whine. I just think its silly they charge so little, also we dont know if the keep it or not! Cause i dont want them to earn money on me. They do enuff on commercials

Sorry for bad english grammar I'm just 15.

so because they have dumb stories in their newsper, you wont support their esport section? cool logic bro

what other major newspapers are investing into esports?

It is an excellent reason not to support their esports section, the whole newspaper is basically shit. Would you support an sc2 stream run by the sun?

Well this is pretty stupid. Not many people will pay because you´re still going to get the games for free on another stream. Why bother?

And Aftonbladet is not exactly liked by sensible people.

I understand that alot of people feel like this but in all honesty, FOX makes Futurama, Family Guy, Simpsons etc. and how many of you have not indirectly paid to watch those shows? Same logic, you're sponsoring Fox News just asmuch.

Once again ; This 1 kr does not go directly to Aftonbladet but to support their esports division and the contractors, including Amok Studies of which has been engaged with esports with both SvT and Dreamhack for a long time.

Because.... "Aftonbladets stream is going to have exclusive player- and caster interviews between matches, long personal one-on-one talks with the players and the casters. "

Wow, people are acting like aftonbladet have killed their cat or something. Not every part of the paper is bad (or evil). If they provide good sc2 content that you want to see, why wouldn't you pay for it? Positive reinforcement and all that.

More support for esports is always a good thing.

I'm glad that Aftonbladet is doing these sorts of things for esports, even though it's an absolutely horrendous newspaper.

That is not true though. They have no idea if we payed for SC2 or their regular plus membership. As far as any of us know, the money could be spent on more plus articles about which cars to buy.

If they do get enough new subscribers that it's actually very noticable, obviously nothing bad will come out of that, but the 1kr payment isn't going directly to ESPORTS. It's going to Aftonbladet Plus, that has been a subscription plan far longer than SC2 has been around.

I do not care that Aftonbladet is Swedens version of the Sun. If Stalin supported E-sports he would be my number one comrade.

Yes. Why wouldn't I if the sc2 stream was good? It makes absolutely no sense. You guys aren't sticking it to Aftonbladet, you're just basically telling a potential sponsor of E-sports events to screw off.

Sorry but if suddenly 1000-5000+ people pay for Aftonbladet Plus the same weekend as Dreamhack Valencia, and the stream then gets alot of viewers, then yes, ofcourse it will directly show and invest in Esports.

Will you be paying us directly for our work in esports? No. But trust me the NASL/GSL/IGN premium passes do not cost 5$+ because of the fat paychecks of the casters or the people burning for esports but rather the necessity to pay for streams, technicians, sound and video editing etc.

Point is; there is a reason it will only cost 1 kr or 0.15 cents and why there is still a free stream. This is because of the sponsors and contractors.
