His bodyfat percentage must be in the 50%+ He's definitely no more than 325 and 30%. 50% is completely obese. It's not like he has any rolls or anything, he's just bulky. The 435 was easy too (actually looked like 425 though? 4 plates and a 10 each side?), he could probably do around 475 raw. If he cut down he would look great, I know a guy who was 380 and one of the strongest teens in the world but hideously fat, cut down to 275 and looks absolutely amazing. Benching over your bodyweight also becomes exponentially harder the higher the weight becomes. IdrA is probably like 145 and benching 205 is about the same percentage over bw as Incontrol, but Incontrol's bench is far more impressive. | ||

As for doing only one rep to see how much you can bench? Come on now. That's unnecessary and you can really hurt yourself doing that. Work your way up properly. -_- | ||
