It's just ethnocentricity, if they approach foreign companies theres a chance they could get a decent sponsor as sponsors in the pc gaming industy should know how big these teams are

Considering that they are now helping some of my favorite players, is Sound Blaster worth it? I fear that by the end of this year, I will be up to my knees in Monster, Pepsi, CJ food products, Prime clothing, Intel stuff, Sound Blaster stuff, Hot Pockets, and Dr Pepper if I ever try to go all out on supporting ESPORTS. Nevertheless, I'm quite excited to see more MVP players abroad. Keen and Guineapig are looking quite impressive as of late, and it would be a real treat to see them in non-Korean events. Although I'm a complexity fanboy, I'm going to answer this question completely honestly. On-board sound is more than enough for most people and most uses. Sound Blaster's cards are an improvement over on-board audio for music, movies, etc, but the effect is fairly small (true for all sound card brands) compared to sound boards. Many people who do care about super-high-quality music & whatnot say that one or two other sound card brands are better than Sound Blaster (onboard<SoundBlaster<"A" cards - but each step is fairly small). The main reason to get a sound blaster card is that they have a particular focus on a gaming mode (EAX) and their cards carry the most up-to-date version of the EAX standard. However, EAX is starting to be phased out. So basically, if you play games that use EAX (especially EAX 5.0) then Sound Blaster is probably the best card for you for that reason. As it turns out I do: many of the Total War series games employ EAX. But you'd want to check the list of games you play and expect newer games not to use EAX. Because of EAX, Sound Blaster is generally considered the "gamer alternative" for high-end cards.

That's less than Slayers I'm thrilled by all this partnership of Koreans and foreigners, maybe you can get them fully integrated to close the cap. hehe, wait for Liquid'SlayerS ![]() Cool stuff, and I'm hoping they made a deal for their own players to train in mvps house if they want to. Also those koreans really deserve some sponsors, they all train much harder but probably make less money than the foreign pros.

I just want to be able to walk into a bar on any given day and just see SC up on one of the TV's. Not a special event just a random day with games streaming.
