The denied him participation in season 1 because they were concerned about his visa even tho he didn't have any visa problems apparently. This is kind of making up for it? Huk didn't want to play in Season one because of bad conditions and lag from Korea. I think Jinro had similar reasons. What changed their mind for season 2?
The BIG MONEY is the more prominent reason, with a LAN type of playoffs to even out the playing field coming in second.

learn from tsl, tl and put some effort into it, boosts the value.... some nice graphics and a structure would do nasl good.

2) (T) Liquid'Jinro - What success? The furthest he ever made it was as an MLG champion about a year ago before we started to see Koreans finish almost top in every MLG and in the Ro4 of Code S. Since then, he's shown disappointing results. I sure as hell hope he's improved greatly since his knockout from Code A and doesn't end up being the Artosis of Season 2. He showed such great promise in the GSL and then went from Code S to Code A to 'Code B,' on a slump so significant, you could see it from space.
Then again, maybe I'm being too hard on Jinro, speaking as somebody who is in Gold League and doesn't have the necessary skills to go pro, let alone qualify for Code A, which even some of the best players fail to do.
Besides, he may just be unlucky. Some people have bad days, but there is such a thing as bad weeks or even bad months. Jinro plays well in all seriousness but has had a few unlucky months.
As they stated it was based upon his past success. Despite his current slump, Jinro is in my eyes the most accomplished foreigner in the world. Sure he hasnt won alot of things, but the fact of the matter is he has made it to the final 4 in GSL twice.
The GSL the top league in the world and no other foreigner has even come close to what Jinro has done there.

Addition of Inka surprises me, have not seen much of him. The other names are great.
Now they are lackign some more European invites. They NEED to have Stephano, Nerchio and Kas.
|
Awesome that Softball is going to play in NASL. I've heard he was really good, now I'll get to see how he stacks up against the other pros.
|
Well I don't like that inka invite.
Not to say he isn't skilled or anything, it is just I have no idea how skilled he is because I haven't seen him play for months...

They are being tongue in cheek with Huk having recently joined EVIL Geniuses, and Jinro representing GOOD Liquid. No need for people to start drama over it, but they will, unfortunately.

HuK was the only "invite" , the rest of the players are from the qualifiers or season 1.
I extended an invite to Kas , because he made an attempt to play season 1, but I never heard back from him manager, so we unfortunately wont be seeimg him.
Stay tuned for more players

Inkas been having great runs online only to end just short. I think he made multiple top 16's of US WCG qualifiers and as the NASL article says, he was one spot away from qualifying through the open bracket.
The only reason you haven't seen him as much is because he's no longer on EG and doesn't have as the same financial/marketing backing he used to.

anyword on Moon now that he's teamless? if he were to sign with a foreign team that is.

Updated.
My personal thought on inka is that I would prefer Luckyfool & Suppy, who imo have posted equivalent results. But I'm super unbiased. (*cough sig cough*)
|
Please put Tyler in the line up. I gots to haves my Pheonixes dazzling!

Does anyone else disagree with inka being added? He didn't qualify and I haven't seen anything from him since beta. He's obviously filling the gap of the Koreans that quit, but the amount of foreign Protoss players that deserve the spot before him is quite high dont you think?
