Hmm, I wonder if this means EG is moving towards a more Korean focus, and especially with BW contracts running out, if it will build a full team to play/compete in Korea. its gotta be awkward for a while between Huk/Idra, and for that matter Idra/Puma. God idra, you have got to stop shooting all your relationships before they start.

I'm extremely dissapointed in the way this has been handled. If all the announcements are HuK going to EG which was discovered within minutes. And IdrA going back to Korea, because he has the skill for it and after catching his breath again, he is ready for the real competition. And a team house which has been in the works for over half a year. The last one is pretty cool I guess, if other foreigners can join a bit too. As well as the amount of money EG has in assets, I think that is good and hope it pays dividends. Because I must, HuK moving to EG. I have no problem with that. I don't see why it's such a big deal. Just disconnect your emotions. It can be good and scary at the same time. Things are getting more serious and there will be more of these instances in the future. Just make sure you get a good standard for handling them. This announcement bullshit makes me absolutely furious. It's just a player transfer, an incredibly blatant one I might add, treat it as such. The surprise better be coming still and even more coverage dedicated to IdrA and the Korea House, if those are true. Two lines are spent on the latter and the rest is spend for that what everyone already knew. Granted, it's probably a good way to handle it because you allow time to slip the information in but by doing so you cannot forgot what other effects it has. I almost feel sick and contemplating to just stop caring about everything and just enjoy the tournaments once a while. As Chill has said, are you treating us like children? Let me close of with this. Please stop doing this and just gather up a professional way of conducting all the business aspects related to the esports industry, especially with eye on the future and it's growth. If I say more I would repeat myself.

You could have cut this bullshit way sooner if everything you had to announce was a player switching teams. The community hyped it up, not EG....

They offer a better money and Huk took it. If you are bitter cos TL lost Huk, you cant blame either EG or Huk, they just seek the oppotunity that is best for them.

That said, hope Greg and Chris to do well. But my advice to EG is to focus more on building their own players, than on buying accomplished players. The direction towards practice houses is good, and wish them that it creates new stars. Pfff, look at sports. No big teams do that. They either send out talent scouts to smaller leagues or buy players from other big teams. Thats how it works.

I'm still still sad to see HuK leave his team for one with a, dare I say, worse reputation. And I think the whole cryptic countdown reveal thing was a bit distasteful, to say the least.

It's a bit different from say soccer where you can earn a decent living at most clubs, but pro-gaming is difficult to live off, and if he's made the choice to look after his future then I don't blame him.

This is his job, why should he turn down such life changing money? He even said he would be willing to accept less to stay with liquid, but EGs offer was just too big to ignore. He isnt selling out or anything, just doing the best thing for his future. That's what selling out is...lol.
