The whole personal circumstances and what not defence. Its acceptable. But very cultural. People in other cultures are more blunt or even less blunt. Unless you are an ultra-nationalist nazi Korean, you cannot just think they are right all the time? Did you ever happen to need to talk or solve a problem with a company or an organization or even a government office, and all you could get to talk is just ONE person? Or seemingly the organization would just ignore your requests?
