This is just the "pro-gaming-area" with a small stage and about 100 seats. I think the Grand Final is going to take place at the main stage in the big arena what you can see on the other pictures.
(There are 32 players here)

The room we are in is really light flooded but the organizers did a good job with hanging things on the windows. It´s okay for the players i think. The stage matches are played in an dark area.

Uhm, what happened with bratok and Stephano?
All I know is that bratok apparently threw some games by doing stupid stuff because he didn't wanna face sen? I don't know, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

From what I can read,
The winner of the Bratok-stephano game would face sen, the loser would face sarens.
I can't make out if they both were throwing games, but it mainly talks about bratok.
About how he tried to do a 1 base nuke rush in game 1, the article says that it has been done recently in the gsl, but that bratok did it with no "protection" (I guess they mean cloak), so the ghost just got killed.
Then the article talks about stephano doing a 6pool + all drones all in on a 4 player map.
And in the later stages it talks about bratok doing some sort of rush that didn't work, and then it mentions how he still had a chance, but instead just decided to leave.
Maybe someone who actually speaks decent german can correct me if I'm wrong or give a more complete translation.

I watched the games from the roughly 5h vod from thursday on the no.twitch.tv/setttv channel. It was one of the later matches of the day. Basically First game Brat_OK went for a ghost rush which failed miserably and Stephano just rolled over with ease. Second game, Stephano 6pooled with 6drones and 6lings which Brat_OK defended and won. Then the final match, Stephano went for hatchery in opponent's natural with 3-4 spine crawlers, and overlords for vision to the wall off, to which Brat_OK countered with a Battlecruiser Rush. Once the Battlecruisers popped, it was pretty even Stephano had roughly 2 spore Crawlers and 6 queens in Brat_OK's natural and Brat_OK had 2 BCs being repaired by 10 SCVs each. and at that point Brat_OK left the game.
It was pretty obvious that neither player especially wanted to win the last game, which kind of diminishes the value of the match.

Yeah what they both told is nearly that what happened.
All the three games the both players were kidding all the visitors by playing the worse tactic possible just to lose...

At least we got to see Brat_OK and Stephano go at it for real in the bronze match. Also, I don't see what the big deal is - pro sports teams often will rest star players or play a non standard game if they can get away with it (i.e. they have a playoff spot locked). Obviously, as fans it sucks (especially if you happen to play fantasy football), but it's part of the game.
Although they strategies were very much "I'm not trying to win" at least they didn't attack their own town hall or something obvious like that (maybe Brat_OK's gg was premature - maybe not, only idra knows).

(actually, I might be in picture 95 - I was sitting in the same spot and wearing the same color shirt as someone that you can't actually see anything more than a sleeve of).
