Hell yea. Most of the drama was from MC. Idra vs MC, Naniwa vs MC to name a few.

Also this tournament would help us see if Bomber really does have stamina issues.

Considering the fact that both Mvp & Bomber are Code S, I highly doubt the are going to send another Code S player (unless they both fall to Code A this GSL which I doubt since Mvp seems to be coming out of his slump & Bomber is well....Bomber).
The remaining invitees are probably going to be Code A/B players. Sage, Ganzi, Leenock, FD, MKP, Squirtle, etc are all likely candidates IMO.

They've said they want to rotate players invited so lots of people get a chance, so I doubt you will see MC anytime soon and definitely won't see MMA invited for a while since he's already been twice. Nothing stopping them from coming on their own and playing through the open bracket though. Although MC has said he wants to take a break from foreign tourneys for a bit.

I'd like to see Nestea and a strong Protoss. MLG/GSL seem to like SlayerS so I'd imagine Alicia. Although I could definitely see Puzzle going, and I'd really like that.

edit: ooo, someone above me mentioned Sage and that would be a good pick if MLG doesn't want all Code S players coming.

I'd actually like to see Moon come back, he did pretty well at Columbus and I think he's a bit underrated by a lot of people. He's really stepped up his game since we last saw him playing in GSL.

Well actually if they invite all Code S players, wouldn't that guarantee a foreigner a Code S spot? And I don't think Alicia would be a good pick as he lost in the open bracket.

Yeah people need to stop saying to invite MC because they don't want to do repeat invites unless it's a defending champ. I'm sure SK will send MC/Nada to raleigh if they want to go and complexity will send DRG.

My question is did DRG earn enough points for pool play or will he have to go through the open bracket in raleigh?

I want mkp to go, but it's doubtful they will send three terrans again, which sucks cause I love watchng TvT!

MC won't come because it messes his practice schedule up too much. It also seems he's affected the most by jet-lag and sleep issues. I'd want to see any of Tester, Alicia or HongUn invited

I'm sure you guys know that the Korean invites generally fall into a pattern. It's usually promising GSTL/minor cup/practice players who have failed during the Code A qualifiers or who have been eliminated early in Code A. Or fan favorite Code S players who have made deep runs before but are in a slump or have fallen into Code A. We'll probably have to wait to see who gets eliminated early in the current season.

No, as of now DRG is in 22nd place. He will have to go through the open bracket unless all other koreans do not come (Not including invites) and Sheth, Rain, and Moonan do not come. (assuming Liquid, Fnatic and FXO will not send them)

No, he's only ranked 21st

Of course there's a number of koreans ahead of him who may not show without an invite, though if SlayerS enjoyed themselves and their sponsors are willing I'd expect to see them back again tbh.

MMA/Losira/MC/Boxer/Ganzi

Other than that everyone ahead of him bar Huk and Socke (who missed one apiece) have attended every event.

I wish they would invited Boxer again... or NaDa would be great.

Or MC/Polt, seeing as their group is ridiculous (MC/POLT/MVP/...and poor Noblesse). Either way, 1-2 fan favorites will be knocked out of that group and available for MLG.

Also, I would expect to see MMA going to MLG regardless. GanZi/Taeja would be great to see go again, especially since GanZi qualified for pool play (as well as Boxer too).
