Arizona has the second worse housing market in the US. Nevada being the worst. thats like a 300k house and they got it for 150k. Just my assumption. Great time to move here!

i feel like for the best possible practice environment EG needs to pick up more players to put in there

currently they have 2 protoss 3 zergs and 1 terran (2 if puma comes)
almost every successful korean pro house i've seen (ty artosis) has ridiculously more players than this, so to fix this they need to sign a few more players, probably at least go up to 3 people per race imo judging by what i can see of the house 10-12 people should be able to fit with decent living space
