Just want to point out that these are just like qualifying events for the nationals where 1st place takes 50K. Last year first place only took 2,500 and Jinro winning nationals only brought home a little over 6k... But on topic to your actual point, it's true that the prize pool is fairly low for the competition that it's becoming, but players are coming because the points still help you hopefully end up in pool play for the nationals. | ||
