All he is doing is telling the truth. Puma had no contract and so we took him, it is not our problem. Because they dont understand what he is saying so they say things like "hes using long words to confused pple" People have been complaining about EG and Alex the whole thread and most of the complaining is baseless. Thanks, I am not trying to be cynical but AG and Wheat know how the business works and some of the community (including Milkis) are not quite sure how this works. EDIT: That sounds cynical but I don't know how to reword what I just said.

People Hate when other people get the CHANCE OF A LIFETIME. this Kid may MAY have done ok even gone to code s after what 4-5 months. when this other company comes a long and says "hey we will pay you to travel all over the world and play in TONS of different tourneys, your young enjoy life and we will bankroll that". Outside of Korea this kid will live the fucking dream. if you were 19 and played with friends and a guy gave you the same deal but you had to leave your friends for a couple years, you would be a idiot for not taking that. Poor Puma for having fun. Nobody hates or anything. They just don't like this move at all. Just like you grow your best student and he'd be taken away on his first day outside the country. Feel like betrayal you know.

If EG's intention was to grow in Korea, was it not a massive oversight not to actually make the effort to contact TSL before PuMa talked to his coach? If you want to grow infrastructure in Korea, to access that playerbase and to make contacts as AG has stated repeatedly, do you not think that what you did is counter-productive to this concern? Honestly, I do not blame EG in this matter at all. But this is full of empty words.

I used my first 30k/yr job as a stepping stone as well.

On July 22 2011 09:38 EchoZ wrote: "why does the international scene matter" That kicks the bucket.. In all honesty, the international scene can't handle buying Korean players at the moment. How many teams have running pro houses? How many international teams have the practice partners/teammates to make the players better? You can't just buy top Koreans and act like they won't get eclipsed in six months by new Koreans who practice in a better infrastructure with better coaching, teammates and ladder server.
