Despite the fact TSL housed/fed/trained him with their money for 10 months, the second he wins something EG poached him. They also tried to poach contracted players (sen) and all the other korean players. They talked to him when he got top 4 at NASL and not after he won. Also Yes TSL housed/fed/trained him but its not like they dident get anything in return from PUMA's advertising at NASL and other places.

Puma has shown interest in joining our team and we just wanted to let you know that we have been discussing this" It would have been so much easier for everyone involved instead of basically going behind Lee's back and taking his player. Because Puma said he'd do it. Puma might have screwed that up a little.

Because Puma told AG that rather than doing that, EG should just let Puma talk to Coach Lee first. This point has been made repeatedly, in this thread and on the show.

Because he said they did that with other Korean teams and the Korean teams demanded a transfer fee that was more than what EG is worth as a whole company. Which I can understand. If you have a top SC2 player in the world, why you give them away without a boat load of cash?

Did you not listen to what he said, and can you not comprehend how it is reasonable that he hasn't? I'm getting an overwhelming sense that most of the people bashing EG right now are either very young or completely oblivious. He has been more than fair in the discussion and acknowledged and addressed all of milkis' points and djwheat's questions.

This feels like such a waste of time. No-one is ever going to find out anything because EG is not going to tell anything. And this is going to be EG's way of settling the score. It is just tiresome.

I refer you all to my post on page 107 of this thread: "What does it say about the human race that we have 107 pages of sweeping conclusions and condemnations despite having very little information about what actually happened (and only one side of the story)?"

That means, he hasn't sat down in the EG headquarters in the States, and wrote his name down on the carefully written contract. He's already left TSL, he's basically with EG, and like I said earlier, he's just in transit According to the TSL interview, Puma didn't make a full decision until after he'd returned to Korea, so it sounds like EG was left semi-hanging. They new Puma was interested, but he hadn't actually agreed yet. Puma made his decision, talked to Mr. Lee, and Mr. Lee went public with it (probably before Puma even said to EG "Okay, hand me the contract").

You have to realize though hes not being upfront/blunt and spinning everything like crazy.

I'm sure we would have none of this drama if they talked with each other. I'm sure Lee would be fine with Puma going to EG, but he feels betrayed by puma and is mad with EG because nobody told him about this, so it gives him a bad impression of this whole situation.
