However considering he used the term "another e-sport organization", I'm thinking it's more likely to be something like mouz or aTn.

And I hope Mondragon will find a new team soon, looking forward to see him compete in near future!

They have certainly been active. MyM had Naniwa and Cloud very early and sent them to Germany to compete in the eps when nobody else was even close to commiting that much. People seem to forget about that because they kicked Naniwa for his behaviour and Cloud underperformed in his first season. They kept Xlord for his potential, they aquired Mondragon for his potential, they picked up Sase because of his determination und practice regiment. They are definitely staying on the ball.

SaSe is one of the greatest players in sc2 and will go to korea, Xlord qualified for finals of WCG Germany and was winner in ESL/EPS ligapokal and 4th place EPS he also beat alot strong players HSC etc (2-0 vs tyler) and cloud did some amazing stuff before he break his hand in hsc ... so why didnt they do good ? they did amazing ps: mondragon was the manager and for a manager he was quite amazing (also won 1. round in TSL)

Liquid: Already a manager. EG: US based. A German manager doesn't make sense. Fnactic: Already a manager. I can't see him joining an established team. Believe it or not. Some folks have other priorities in life and when time goes by and you become 25 years old or even older, you ask youself what you want to achieve in life. Playing games was nice in your youth but not so much during that stage and onwards. You just have this one chance of succeeding and you would throw it somehow away in case you were still living like a teen without responsabilities. It kicks in for anyone.

and just because he said in the statement "new esport organization", some Team Acer stuff added him at facebook after the statement without any reason? :x so easy to recognize that it's gonna be ACER|Mondragon

It seems he won't join another team as a player but some kind of manager (but it's not very clear from the text if this would be in the esports scene or in general for some other company besides esports). Maybe add this to the OP. from Mondi's Facebook page: I was not necessarily contracted as a player and I won't be in the future either but nonetheless you are right that I did not attend any bigger tournament which probably will not change too much due to lack fo time, thus the manager position is probably more likely "I will be contracted as a manager in the future and that's where the focus is on. I'm lacking time but if i have time to play I will play, but I have more important and more enjoyable things to do in real If i have free time I gladly use it to play, but its not my first priority anymore :p"

Like after MYM didn't want to support a BW squad anymore the whole team stayed together and was picked up by ESC and then later it was picked up my Mouz. After sc2 came out they just changed to sc2 always with the same managers.

LiquidMondragon would be a DREAM tho and so epic but wont happen anyway http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/The_Road_to_Korea Sase has been improving a lot lately. In group stages of dreamhack he went 10-1 in his group (which included Idra & Kas). Losing to Sen's beastly ZvP in the playoffs made him not stand out as much as the others, so he kinda went under the radar. I'd definitely say he's top 3 European protoss right now, though. Socke is good but in terms of recent results he hasn't defeated any stars (though he's done really well with second at ETS). White-ra's much the same - he just hasn't been seen in many events recently. After their return from Korea, I wouldn't be surprised to see Sase & Naniwa fighting it out for #1 in Europe regularly (overall, not just as protoss).
