he still has top notch micro and excellent metagame play, and he improved his macro alot as well. However for some reason he made lots of crucial mistake at critical moments.
In my opinion the lack of self confidence at the moment is the problem

-Koreans -Non-Koreans Since there is a notable skill gap if a korean player is underrated but competes in a lot of non-korean tournaments could translate into the fact that he is very good in the non-koreans scene, so I'm going to divide the 2 groups. Koreans ![]() -If winning the GSL Super Tournament, and never playing a game in Code A, isn't enough to be considered one of Korea's best, then either the fans don't like him or something is wrong, he has a lot of talent, he is in the GSL Code S Ro4, not much people can say that they've been there. ![]() -Though he has not had a really big win apart from Code A he is a very dangerous player, his growing is amazing, he advanced to the Ro16 in Code S this season, ultimately losing 0-2 to Ryung, still his Code A run was enough to prove (imo) that he wil be a danger soon. There are more Koreans like TOP, CoCa, Keen, but those 2 are the biggest ones imo. Non-Koreans ![]() -He did not finish 14th in MLG Raleigh because of luck, this guy is an insane player, but some people kind of take him for granted as another terran player, but his recent results and ladder rankings say other things, he is beasting! ![]() ![]() -No I did not put them there because they're mexicans, but because they are really good and some people don't give them enough credit, some may give MajOr his share amount, but both deserve a lot, I was really bummed when Maker couldn't go to the Bnet Invitational I hope he makes a big notice in future tournaments. Other underrated players could be TLO, Fenix (But maybe not anymore, now that he joined IM). Grubby. Thanks for reading!

Wc3 players from europe worth mentioning : H34d_hunter, Lucifron, Sase, Naniwa, Elfi, Satiini, HasuObs, Xlord( although xlord really disappointed me a little :d. he signed with MYM or smth and hasnt shown any results). oh and as for my fellow Rus players switching from wc3: Abver, Happy, Titan. they were all dominating wc3 european scene , Abver in the early times of wc3, Titan dominated wc3 when it was blooming, Happy started later than these both but his star shone the brightest till the end of wc3 , he was arguably best undead for a year or two. their progress is worth being observed, especially considering the fact that Happy and Titan are going to WCG 2011 in Korea. Actually most tournaments during and after Beta until today have been won by BW players in both the foreign and Korean scene. There was a period of month or two when WC3 players won most tournaments in the foreign scene but that period has been over for a while.

had been and still one of most of underrated SC2 foreign players. I consider him one of the best if not the best foreigner player and probably the only few foreign player that is compete in an even footing with the Koreans.

When Mana is at the top of his game, he occasionally comes off as the best foreigner in my eyes. He's just so solid I feel as if he could jump over the skill gap to Korea, blindfolded and with legs tied. Judging by what I've seen on streams and random places, Sase seems to have the consistently best performance on the Korean ladder out of any foreigner, ever. Afaik he's in the top of the Korean grand master, and while ladder probably holds little importance (especially considering most of the Koreans train in custom in house games) it gotta count for something. Demuslim made a little bit of a statement in last MLG. Even the games he lost were really close. And then I recall seeing far more impressive showings from EU ladder games and the likes. He's never outplayed, not even against some of what we call the best players in the world.

Ya... except everyone knows who Sen is and everyone thinks he is one of the best zergs outside of Korea so... I'm not sure about that whole underrated part.

I think he came in 2nd now that I'm thinking about it...i'm at work and can't check. Didn't he win or finish 2nd in 2? He had a style for about 2 months that was deadly then people refined builds learned how to deal with and increased there ability to micro. They did alot of little things with there play that made Rainbow obsolete.
