I like Grubby but why are people saying he's underrated? After watching Destiny + Show Spoiler + in that GeForce tournament, I'd have to say he's underrated. I'm just gonna put the rest of it in spoilers, just in case.
+ Show Spoiler +If he only took one game off of him, I'd call it a fluke I guess, but it was a bo3 and they weren't cheesy wins in the slightest
As an aside, the GeForce tournament is probably an underrated tournament, I've seen some absolutely great games and its only the first few weeks.
Edit: I also previously had the impression that he was only known for his crazy personality or whatever. Turns out he can play pretty well, too

In terms of pure skills, definitely Korea, especially considering there's many Code Bs with little to no GSL or GSTL experience who are able to wake up in some horrible hour and wreck face in online tournaments.

Haypro will dominate the world some day!

In korea I think that the most underrated (by the community not amongst the other pros) player is Mvp right now, but he'll adapt and regain his old self. It may sound weird but since his "sort of slump" many people count him out. In europe Stephano was underrated but with the HSC more people recognize his skills. Not too sure if there are others. NA I don't follow the scene.

cArn, Fenix and Grubby are way to much underrated for the korean part I feel like GumiHo, Min and Byun should deserve more attention.

Haypro destiny and grubby!

Foreigners:
Sen (maybe not so underrated now since his recent NASL showing. Still he's probably the best foreign zerg and still strikes me as somewhat unrecognized)
Mondragon Major Vibe Some of the Chinese Players
Koreans: Sage Fruitdealer (I still believe!)

The thread about overrated players would have been much easier to post in.
Haypro and Supernova are the most heavily underrated players I can think of. I also have to admit that Destiny seems to have gotten a lot better recently.

Destiny -- if he can just get his macro down more seamlessly and have a more diverse range of strategies, those results are going to start posting. He's already completely challenged a lot of the concepts I had about zerg play. KawaiiRice - maybe it's a crisis of confidence about playing at the highest possible level that's holding him back, but he's got the physical ability to hit insane APM and keep that multitask going. I can totally see him perfecting the MMA-style multi-proned drop harass
Underrated Koreans Leenock - he's young, got one of the best ZvTs in the world, and plays an impressive thinking game (esp for his age) Fruitdealer - if he can tame his own recklessness (maybe also get a haircut) HongUn - 1 part crazy bird (voidray?) man and 1 part silent assassin, he tries to play too stylistically and gets shut down. When he cracks his knuckles and plays to win, he does. Gumihou - he played random in GSL!! I think he'll become one of the most versatile players in the future
