No offense but this is really damn sad. Do they even fucking know that these people and so many others dedicate their lives to their video game?

So they made SC2 to piss off the BW community?

This is just silly, I will refrain from blizzard hate speech. Maybe someone should explain to blizzard that TLO isn't even playing right now with his wrist injury, I don't see any problem with a player using a friends account to practice on while said player is not using it.

they probably just told them to stop promoting account sharing on stream with tons of viewers, wouldn't be suprised if this was blown way the fuck out of proportion

lol hell will freeze over 1st, but seriously, they bother the pros with this shit? Frankly i think pro sc2 players have more to worry about than whether its 'ok' to share an account, its irrelevant, he needed to practice, what the hell do you want from us blizzard.

also, lol been a bad week for everyone i think, so many threads that make me angry!

Dedicate life or making money by playing a game. Who owes who? I would say the progamers owe Blizzard. Players like Huk are not selling SC2 copies and making money for Blizzard, everyone who follows the pro scene have already bought the game.
Blizzard make the same amount of money from the casual gamer that played the campaign once and played two ladder games before moving on to a new game as oppose to the die hard fan or progamer who uses several hours a day on the game.

It seems to me that the skilled and reputable players who dedicate their lives to Blizzard's game and use it as their livelihood would be Blizzard's absolute greatest asset. They should go out of their way to help them, not police them. I think that's the bottom line here.

But it gives the impression that it is ok to use our friends account (borrowing or buying it etc) instead of purchasing your own account.

Payers? Since you bought the game, probably a year a go, have you paid anything to Blizzard?

Blizzard isnt making money off of you watching Esport.

They own the inventor of Basketball their Career? Besides, pros in other sports have paid for their equipment. When you make money from playing tournaments all over the world I dont see a problem with you having to pay for an extra account.

This statement couldn't be further from the truth. Many of my friends have watched the pros and stayed active in the scene but didn't even have the game. It was only after months of watching that they decided to get it for themselves.
