If you scroll to the top of the page you will see Boss posting about them being there representing FXO, not foreigners worldwide. Oz is a part of FXO and thus they would be pretty damn happy if he started and all killed every team from here on out.
If you want to talk about foreigners not being able to compete Oz all killing every team wouldn't say anything about it because the foreigners wouldn't get their chance to play so you wouldn't know.
