The show isn't only about Starcraft.

Because Lo3 happens to cover SC2 as a part of general esports but is not limited to. Because Lo3 goes way back when the whole SC franchise didn't come even close to its spread which it is having right now. Because there was a time where other games have been integral drives in the developing of esports as an industry, gone through the cycle of rise and fall and today a multitude of titles and genres have been exploding and pushing boundaries. Because djWHEAT happens to have ties running deep with various members and organizations, with Slasher and SirScoots being part of it. Because said personalities bring equal history, insight and connections. Because Lo3 was founded upon the idea of educating the masses on a general level, across the board, across the platforms, across the games. Because time zones imply having US-based hosts. Because they are friends

There have been instances in FPS games for example where both teams are trying to lose the game, resulting in ridiculous situations...surely we want to avoid that? That sounds really interesting, if you don't mind me asking, which teams were trying to lose on purpose? If anyone can post a video I'd be really grateful. Also, when does the stream go up it's still off for me, anyone else having this problem?

As for the two's specific C.V. Scoots: current EG Starcraft2 Team Manager, history in US counterstrike 1.6, ties to fighting games Slasher: current MLG social media liaison, history in Quake 3 and ties to fighting games

I think maybe you should be asking what Live On Three is about rather than asking what they are doing on the show. I believe if you knew what Live On Three was about, you might understand. With that said, the poster did explain why they are on the show, because he knows what Live On Three is about... thus answering your question. But if that wasn't clear, let me know, I'll try to help.

Also, when does the stream go up it's still off for me, anyone else having this problem? I don't know about those cs teams, but similar situations have happened in SC2 earlier. In Assembly, Stephano and some terran didn't play seriously because they wanted to dodge their next opponent (Sen).. Oh, and Assembly had a rule for this, but they did nothing. Also the whole team Fnatic (TT1 & Fenix) final match in some tournament, where they basically split the money and apparently didn't play their "best" because it didn't matter. (This case doesn't really matter IMO, but as a spectator it sucks especially if they are just playing around) Interesting topic, even though it should be pretty obvious what the answer is if Scoots, Slasher and Wheat would discuss about it.

So I go to refresh my iTunes and I see 3 new downloads, all of djWHEAT's shows. Cool. I'm subscribed to all of them. I check the download page and this is what I get: ![]() Huh? I check the Inside the Game page and this is what I see: ![]() I go to the Kings of Tin page and scroll down all the way to the bottom and finally find the real podcasts: ![]() So... did something get crossed up on Apple's end? Or did someone hack Wheat's account or something? Many or all of them are in Spanish, most of them are about tech subjects (a.k.a. spam subjects), and there are 40-60 of these stacked up on each of his feeds. I'm subscribed to about 30 podcasts and only Wheat's are messed up for me. Anyone else getting this? edit: After I wrote the above post, I refreshed it again to see if it would fix itself and another podcast queued up.

His reaction to the Slasher having to shave his head if a foreigner wins was priceless. Something I'm surprised isn't getting talked about is that Alex Garfield trying to set up a G7 like committee, but better. This is something that is necessary and I am glad that it is being talked about among major teams.
