5 Killer Not very consistant (spelling?) he can dominate one game and then just get crushed the next
6 Leenock He's a good player and all but I dont think he can compete with the best

+ Show Spoiler +TeamSo i decided to just look for people i think are underrated and then fill up with top players at the End: Ace 2: I think he is ONE of the few Protoss players WhO can play Solid. hero 1: Looked good last GSTL and just qualified for Code A beating DRGCreator 1: Good games vs Leenock and MVP so far. GuMiho 4: Looked Really good last GSTL, was honestly impressed by his games. Keen 3: I feel Keen is also underrated at 3, so i picked him. Line 4: Almost got to ro4 in the Super Tournament with some Really good ZvT. So after this i had a good bunch of points left, so: Captain sC 7 NesTea 8 SlayerS 6 are my last picks. AntiteamSheth -3: He is a good player in the NA, but i dont see him winning a game vs good/top koreans. Moon -5: Is only successful outside of korea. San -5: I just picked the worst 5 pointer here, which i feel is san who recently dropped down to Code A.

No reason to not have Alicia on a winning team. 2 JunwiAn IM zerg, except without having to spend more than 7 points. I feel like I'm getting all the Nestea and Losira without the drag of 958928 points He is pretty good, hopefully he gets some playing time though. 9 MMA (captain) Ace of Slayers. I'm hoping since SlayerS is a weaker team than IM and oGs over all, MMA will see a lot more playtime as an ace than MVP, Nestea, and MC. 4 NaDaFor 4, I feel like he plays the same role as Alicia. He will come out early and hopefully win a lot. 3 SeedMy hopeful. 2 TaejaSlayerS Terran for 2. I liked your team, and now i might even trade later Seed and Junwi, they are actually 2 good players with already good results in the GSTL.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but at best, you can go +-0 on your Anti-Picks, since them appearing gives you -1 point, and them losing gives you +1.
If that is correct, why do people pick players from F-United seeing as they will get picked pretty much every game?

The way I understand it you get +2 when they lose, and -1 when they win. They'd just reverse the win/lose points in this situation.

Their total points must be minimum of 13 so you can't just choose three 1 point players.
Also the more they lose the more points you get.

Oh and the reason i chose Thorzain is last i heard he isnt even going to be playing, and even if he is I do not see him winning many game.
Line, not only because of his recent super tourney play, but he is probably zenex's best player.

Naniwa, I figure he can maybe take a game or two from Koreans, and he is almost definitely going to be played.

I don't really know. I think I mostly picked my players from how well I think they play as well as a little fanboyism.
Hopfully going against Fruitdealer isn't gonna bite me in the ass.
Edited in explinations for a few people, others are just pretty much random picks.

3 Choya - He has fallen from Code S all the way down out of Code A. Until he gets on the rebound, I will anti-pick him.
4 FruitDealer - Overrated imo. He won the first GSL, and hasn't done too much since.
6 Leenock - I can never forgive him for 6pooling NaDa in the GSL.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Isn't it most beneficial to choose 1 point players as your captain?
You can't trade captains and you always have to trade for a lower point player so that means picking players like Bomber with 9 points is best left to be able to trade them later if needed and 1 point players you can't trade at all unless their points go up but then it's not too smart to trade them.

Apparently tiebreaks are decided by the captain's performance, so you'd want to have a player you're confident in as the captain.

Main Team+ Show Spoiler +Most of my players are chosen by the possibility they will play. I also like to choose more all around players (So snipes will be harder). Because I also have some more players with higher points, instead of 2 players with 9 I can more easily trade my players. Lastly I don't really like to choose the big guys like MC, Nestea, Losira, MMA, etc. 2 AceWill probably play a lot. And for only 2 points he was very cheap and his pretty good in every match up. 5 Alicia (captain) Since he will be the only Protoss for Slayers together with Frozen, he will play a lot and is pretty consistent. Also chose him as my captain since I can't see a reason to trade him in. 5  GuineaPigHe is Random and pretty good, It is hard to prepare for him and can suprise with some cheeses. 4 GuMihoWill probably always play. Solid player and I can see him take a game every matchup. 1 JookToI needed a Zerg and he is good. Since oGs does not have a lot of great Zergs I can see him being played once in a while. Especially since I don't really like Zenio except for his ZvZ. 2 QxcWill also play probably every game for FXO. Together with Sheth and maybe Moonan they are the players that can maybe get some games of the Koreans. Qxc can focus full time on SC2 right now and he is the kind of player who will be exponentially better with a lot of practice. He will probably be changed in for F.United Soccer when FXO is done playing. 6 RyungGood solid Terran. Had difficulty to pick between Ryung and Ganzi. MMA will probably the ace of Slayers. Cella likes to send Ganzi out, but Ryung at the moment is more solid. Could be changed for Ganzi when it seems Ryung does not get a lot of play time. 3 YounghwaI wanted to have someone from IM since I can see them win a lot of matches. MVP was to expensive. Nestea won't play that much, since he is the ace and with the amazing lineup from IM I can't see him play that much. Losira can sometimes inconsistent. Younghwa is a really good up and coming Protoss and hope to see him play instead of Seed (Would be my other pick) 6 SlayerSMaybe not the best players, but they have the best team. They prepare for every match and have amazing snipers.
Anti Team+ Show Spoiler +4 FruitDealerI don't know if he will play every match and when he does he is not the greatest. Has not been impressive since the first GSL. 4 MakaWith Polt and MKP as the other Terrans on Prime I can't see him getting a lot of playtime. He also isn't the old Maka we all loved. 5 ZenioHe has 1 good matchup and that is ZvZ. Since a lot of teams will not play the most Zergs since they always seem to have 1 really weak matchup it is unlikely he plays. If he plays he can be easily sniped by a good Protoss or Terran.
