IGN eSports is bringing back IPL TV! Now that the IGN Pro League Season 2 Main Event is in full force, we've stopped showing games from the qualifiers and are instead bringing you some LIVE content each night that Main Event games aren't airing. Each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday we'll have our in-house casters (CatsPajamas, PainUser, and HDStarCraft) taking a look at replays from top players as well as fan-submitted replays, followed by a re-broadcast from the previous weekend's Main Event games. IPL TV begins at 5 p.m. PDT / 8 p.m. EDT / 2 a.m. CEST, just like our main event broadcasts.
We will be doing a re-broadcast for our European viewers as well! It will start at 6:30 p.m. CEST and will show the broadcast from the previous day/night. Again, the re-broadcast is at 9:30 a.m. PDT, 12:30 p.m. EDT, and 6:30 p.m. CEST (16:30 GMT (+00:00))
HEY LOOK! Starting Tuesday, July 19th, we will be airing replays from our viewers and we'll be looking for more! We've set up an e-mail account ( ipltvreplays@gmail.com ) and are going to be live casting replays that are submitted to us! When submitting replays (1v1 only), make sure to include:
Your in-game name (we don't need your character code)
Your league and rank (we will accept replays from any league or rank, this is just more info for us to use when casting)
A general description of the game (if you can't come up with two sentences to describe the game, is it really worth casting?)
Why this replay deserves to be aired on IPL TV!
Get your replays in as soon as possible so that we have time to go through them! Good luck!
Keep up with IPL TV and our IPL 2 with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Justin.TV! An even larger variety of content is in the works for IPL TV, so keep watching every day and check back here for schedule updates!
CatsPajamas, HD, and PainUser live cast a set of replays from RGN.Spades, RGN.Phoenix, Mill.ToD, ST.Rainbow, and EG.iNcontroL, as well as viewer submitted replays! ( ipltvreplays@gmail.com to submit your own! )
IPL Interview with coL.Stalife
IPL 2 Highlight of Destiny vs. aTn.Socke from IPL 2 Winner's Round 1
CatsPajamas, HD, and PainUser live cast a set of replays from d.SeleCT, mTw.Dimaga, DuckloadRa, coL.drewbie, and Attero, as well as viewer submitted replays! ( ipltvreplays@gmail.com to submit your own! )
IPL Interview with AskJoshy
IPL 2 Highlight of Mill.DieStar vs. coL.Minigun from IPL 2 Winner's Round 1
I feel like IPL comic style intro's set IPL apart from the other tournaments. The clean, crisp, colorful interface is easy on the eyes and memorable.
Also, I love IPL's interviews. The questions are edgy, confrontational and articulated with ease by that Asian woman. Sorry to refer to her as that Asian woman.

Totally unintentional! IPL TV will be starting at the same time every day, but at least there will be easily accessible VODs so you won't have to choose between StarCraft 2 and hockey. =)

Easy choice, nonetheless. I always choose Starcraft!
You guys are doing really great things at IGN. I'm definitely excited for IPL TV
cool stuff, but since I'm european I'll have to watch the vods if I have time. Is there any chance you might put the vods on blip.tv as well? After the nasl I think that jtv is great for streaming but not really the best choice for vods
IPL ftw, I like the fact you show interviews/vlogs (Office walkthrough) I like these types of things, and they break up the show so it's not so much just a load of games crammed together. IPL FIGHTING!

Thanks! We're pretty excited about our content outside of the actual games themselves, and are working hard on creating even more cool stuff to debut over the next few weeks!

Great, I'll be watching these while I'm on the treadmill at the gym in an hour after work. Thanks for the heads up!
p.s. I recently met someone who works in the IGN Los Angeles sales office through a mutual friend. I told him all about the IGN Pro League and he hadn't heard of it before!
Awsome stuff man IGN is really doing a great job with all of this, gogo IPL! :D Your production is fantastic in my opinion, looking forward to all the future content (thanks for the vods as well).

We'll be wrapping up Day 1 here soon and we'd love to hear your feedback so that we can continue to improve as we go! What did you guys think of the quality of gamers, the casters, the interview and vlog segments, just let us know!

All of the games will be cast by HDStarCraft, PainUser, and CatsPajamas. They actually switch off in pairs or solo casting from game to game. =)
Justin.TV is down for maintenance right now (15 minutes before going live). If it comes back up in the next hour, we will broadcast at 6 p.m. PDT, if it doesn't then we will push today's schedule back to tomorrow.
Official word: we're going live at 5:30 p.m. PDT / 8:30 p.m. EDT, which is only 22 minutes from now! You can come relax in the chat now though if you like: http://www.ign.com/ipl
Thanks for watching! We'll be back at 5 p.m. PDT tomorrow with new games and content, and don't miss the European re-broadcasts from now on at 6:30 p.m. CEST!
Our first European re-broadcast for IPL TV is now live! Come chill with us and watch some great SC2 action if you slept through the original broadcast last night: http://www.ign.com/ipl

Agreeeeee.
You probably know this already but Must have two casters. CatsPajamas is awesome but you need someone who plays the game. Also, it's not just for the viewers' sake. It is hard on the voice to talk constantly, and you need time to catch your breath, gather your thoughts, and sip your tea.
I hear timing out people for no reason makes you the smartest people ever. You should probably learn to read the chat properly before you piss me off and Time me out when I asked you question. Stupid IGN.
What are the results for day 3? I really wish there are LR threads for each day with "spoiler" results and matches listed, i mean i dont even know were to check the results for any match that has been played in season 2.

I'll start adding in each match results after the broadcast each day. Just an oversight!
We're live now for Day 4 and right after this game there will be a sweet interview with yours truly AND a feature with HDStarCraft, followed by even more sick games. http://www.ign.com/ipl
Hi, i got this link from the chat and the broadcaster "IGNProleague" asked for feedback on how the casting was, so here's my 2 cents
- Catspajamas and HD were great, have great broadcasting voices of course, but in some situations i noticed that catspajamas was interupting or speaking over HD quite frequently, i noticed this on 3-4 seaporate occasions, i'm not saying cats didnt have something that should be added to the conversation, im just saying that out of respect to your co-caster, let him finish his sentence before chiming in
The production quality is very good, the casters rock, the technical stuff just works smoothly and the stream is flawless. The games will go better when the tournament heats up.
BUT: You really should give us a nice, simple page with a schedule. When I go to ign.com/ipl/starcraft2/broadcast-schedule I want to see what is on right now, when is the next match, who is playing whom and for what reason. A bracket with times and dates.
Many words, but not a single bit of is helping me. I am pretty sure that is a big reason for relatively low number of viewers. They just don't know what they could see.
Don't get me wrong, I really like what you are doing. Maybe I am just blind or stupid, but I think it is very important to give that kind of information to everyone who lands on your website. Imagine there is the game of the century and nobody watches it - because they didn't know.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. If you noticed, we do have the broadcast schedule every day at the bottom of each of our pages (http://www.ign.com/ipl) - does it not stand out enough? Should we be changing the colors to make it stand out more or something similar? Also, we have it in this thread as well!

To be honest: I did not recognize this bar at the bottom. Maybe this is because usually such bars contain advertisement or useless crap, so I learned to ignore it. That of course could just be me, but I usually find the interesting stuff at the top of a website. On the bottom you very often find legal stuff and such things. Just scroll down this very page and you will see.
It tells me that there is something everyday at what time - good. But right now it tells me, what I just have seen. I would also like to click it, to see why these guys are playing. Which round are they in? How did they go there? What will be the winners prize? What can I see tomorrow? When plays a vs. b? Yes, I can find that on tl.net, when I want to search for it. But I think it should not be necessary to leave your site to find such basic information.

Am I too fussy?
Tells you what you have seen because it only changes after the European rebroadcast. But thanks for the feedback for the other stuff.
Yep, we (Joshy) got DarkForce and NightEnd confused when submitting for the calendar. DarkForce is indeed on Alternate Attax, and we're aware of the mistake! (It's fixed in the original post.)
BUT ANYWAY, the European re-broadcast for IPL TV Day 5 with LaLush, RaNgeD, CrunCher, and Socke is live RIGHT NOW! =D http://www.ign.com/ipl
Lalush has some creative BM at least ^^. It's the first time I tune to IPL TV, I was not really interested in the first place but I must say it made me change my mind. The Catpajama/hd combo felt great ,and the production value is off the jook ( interviews etc ) . Good job!
IPL TV Day 6 is now live! Come watch some never-before-seen games from the IPL 2 Qualifiers and some interviews with SirScoots of Evil Geniuses, and IGN's own caster CatsPajamas! http://www.ign.com/ipl
Very well done guys, great games with great casting. And love the bonus contents between the games but ive already watch most of the interview from the IGN site. More new content please
I love that the chat is slow enough in this tournament to actually talk to other users about the game, but at the same time it needs more exposure and more hype. Great production, excellent stream quality, casters are great, solid games and good players. Err'body jump on this, IGN keep it going!
I love the casters' voices so much, and the production seems really awesome! However, I don't know if there is a reason behind the colors of the players, and sometimes it's a bit hard to distinguish them from one another. Other than that, everything seems amazing! I'll definitely keep watching in the future!
We're now live for IPL TV Day 8! You won't want to miss FuRy vs. Gatored, our full-length interview with Destiny, and DuckloadRa vs. Nerchio! http://www.ign.com/ipl
I have been recently disappointed with the quality of casting with the addition of CatsPajamas. It is unhelpful to hear someone say what I just saw. He offers very little analysis beyond consistently agreeing with better co-casters with the over-used "Yeah, absolutely."
IPL TV Day 9 (What a coincidence, it's also his birthday!) is now live! Come join us in the chat for some sweet games and an interview with Dignitas SeleCT! http://www.ign.com/ipl
Our EU Re-broadcast from IPL TV Day 9 is now live! Don't miss TT1 vs. LzGaMeR, our interview with Dignitas SeleCT, and FuRy vs. mouz.Syck! http://www.ign.com/ipl
And as always, we love hearing your feedback here! Don't be shy. =)
IPL TV Day 10 is now live! We have more games from the qualifiers that you haven't seen yet, also a nice interview with FXO.mOoNan who is in South Korea right now fighting in the GSTL! http://www.ign.com/ipl
The schedule is the same each day, the new games and content air at 5 p.m. PDT / 8 p.m. EDT / 2 a.m. CEST each day. You're free to watch other things if you've already seen the broadcast. =P
IPL TV is now live for Day 12 and we've got a never-before-seen interview with sixjax.dde as well as some terrific games from the qualifiers! =D http://www.ign.com/ipl
We're live right now with Day 13! Come watch our new casts, interviews, AND a brand new promo for IPL 2 Main Event, which begins July 14th! Only two weeks away! http://www.ign.com/ipl

Sorry everyone, we're having some technical issues and today's EU restream has to be cancelled. You can still watch what would have been broadcast in our VOD here: http://www.justin.tv/ignproleague/b/289430391

IPL TV is live right now for our Fourth of July European Re-Broadcast. LzGaMeR vs. Tarson is raging right now, and it's shaping up to be an insane Game 2. http://www.ign.com/ipl
This is my first IPL. I like what I see. The production is very good and HD and CPJ are good, entertaining casters. Keep it up IPL, you may have found a new fan here.

That game was just a painin the ass to watch. The casters etc was great but the players... stalife must be very bad in tvz because this was worse than any Tvz I have ever seen before. Dunno how this guy got into Ro8
IPL TV Day 18 is live now! ClouD vs. ThisIsJimmy is up first, followed by interviews with Stalife and AskJoshy (that's me!), and wrapping up with TT1 vs. desRow. Come see what's up! http://www.ign.com/ipl
The serie between Nerchio and MajOr was really good. The game 2 is a nice exemple of how to deal with zerg lategame as terran. Too bad for game 3 tho, huge catch by Nerchio.
CPJ, has a pleasant sounding voice and good steady play by play, but I find I dislike his solo commentary. I don't really feel it has real insight. Sometimes he makes comments about possibilities for the game(or a particular instance within a game) playing out a certain way, that would fly in the face of normal timings or what might be considered acceptable strong play. He never really elaborates on these comments either(ie. explaining why such things would make sense to do) so I'm unfortunately left to assume they are the result of a lack of game knowledge.
I'm basing this opinion off only a small set of commentaries that I've watched, so this isn't necessarily the most even-handed criticism, because its coming from a rather small sample size. That said with how many leagues there are out there, it's definitely turning me off to the IPL, when I have so many other options for what to watch.
Edit: I do like that he likes TES games though =].
On July 07 2011 09:47 FishStix wrote: can't believe there are only 1k viewers for desrow vs TT1... good matches, good production value, good commentating
I think the lack of viewers has more to do with the fact that these are qualifiers that people know the winners of already. I'm definitely going to be watching all of the actual season, which I think will have at least 10x the viewers.
It's true, these are all still qualifier games, which makes it even more satisfying when we have a few thousand viewers from time to time. When the main event starts on Thursday, July 14th, the games will improve in quality and we'll have our huge supply of casters for everyone to enjoy. =D
EU rebroadcoast have 3000 people watching ,it's not bad for qualifiers game . I love major tvz ,he is one of the few who is able to go for straight games in this match up.
edit: I'd like to say that I absolutely love the production that you guys put into it, it really looks like something that could be on TV (actually it looks better that most things on cable TV ^^. Thanks a lot for what you're doing. I was also a bit worried about Catspajamas, but he is actually really really good when paired with an analyst, it was a really good pick.
I think you guys are doing a great job; most entertaining tournament out there. There's a perfect balance of games and other goodness, while also maintaining a reasonable amount of time. I can't stand sitting for hours and hours watching only streaming; it gets monotonous and boring.
Thats why i play Zerg, my mirror MU doesn't last that long so i can squeeze a game in between breakfast and work TvT seems to e a MU that ensures you're late for work and tired enough to sleep till 5.
can you guys make a sc2 daily like how you guys make ign daily to recap tournies/matches/ news around e sport it can be weekly or daily idk up to yo guys because i dont have much time to get inform i want it simple and fast
oh one last thing for IPL 3 maybe we can have live crowds for the final maybe in LA convention center or staple center haha idk , being there live is so mcuh better
Today's matches: coLMinigun vs vileHashe, Evoli interview, Meet the IGN eSports team and sixjaxViBe vs mouzHasuObs! All new matches, not rebroadcasts, tune in now and enjoy!
This whole week, as we ramp up to Thursday, the first day of the IPL 2, we will be bringing you all NEW CONTENT all week long!
Is it possible that for IPL season 2 the finals can have a live event in the city , similar to NASL's finals. Id love to be able to meet pros and what not.
I live about 30 mins out of LA. California and really loved the NASL, A handful of friends and myself went to nasl final and Would love if the IPL Finals were relatively close to where Nasl was. Great second game between hasuobs and vibe, wasting all these lings was a big mistake (against the 2 colossus at the ramp and against the stalker), but overall it was beautifully played.

I had 1 suggestion I thought I might share. Take a pro sports approach to casting. They seem to have 1 guy calling ALL the action, and the other guy talks strats and stats. Just a thought.
CatsPajamas makes me gasp for air. Breathe man! Breathe!
I want to say that besides my gripe with Cats, IPL has developed its casters in a really great way. Im amazed at how entertaining SC2 can be. Especially DJWheat has greatly improved. I really love watching his casts. So entertaining!
One criticism I have for IPL at the moment is that I can never find what games are going to be broadcasted and in what order. I assume that you want people to tune in for the whole show and not just for their favourites. However, the competition between leagues and tournaments is gigantic and personally I just end up not watching the IPL at all. And anyway, if I tune in because of some particular match, I am much more likely to watch the rest of it as well.

I agree with this. I'm constantly confused about what I'm watching when I tune into IPLTV, whether it's an IPL S2 match, IPL S1 match or just random replays being casted.
i absolutely love this tour, the timing, the players, the casters and everything is amazing. Nothing better than watching this on your laptop before falling asleep =)

U r watching IPL 2 not the normal IGNTV btw
I miss the food count too, the thing is that to prevent spoilers (ppl watching players history and hence knowing who won the match before the replays get casted), the games involve a third player that is a computer, which does nothing btw, only keep the series spoil-free and prevent us from seeing the food count :/
To be honest, I didn't think catspajamas had what it takes to be a caster (his lack of knowledge of SC was very evident in the beginning of the season). But he has gotten much better since!
IPL TV returns today with replays from coL.Minigun, sixjax.ViBe, and more! Check the original post for more information or catch the stream at http://www.ign.com/ipl at 5 p.m. Pacific, 8 p.m. Eastern, or 2 a.m. CEST.
I've got an idea for a special IPL TV: Let the casters, moderators, producers and everyone else of IGN IPL play show matches against each other one day, for a little in-house tournament or something. I'd like to see that.
IPL TV returns today at 5 p.m. PDT / 8 p.m. EDT / 2 a.m. CEST with replays from Nestea, IdrA, Destiny, Happy, and more! You won't want to miss it! http://www.ign.com/ipl
NaviBabyK vs. Happy is our starter game for IPL TV tonight! The rest of the night will be quite a lot of Zerg, so enjoy the PvT. =P http://www.ign.com/ipl
IPL TV is live now with HDStarCraft and PainUser casting some great viewer submitted replays! Don't miss out on a couple of today's Korean replays! http://www.ign.com/ipl
HI! my first post i was watching your IGN stream and i suggested to one of your chat mods (Josh cool guy btw) that you guys (the casters) should make your top 5 games and post them on your stream to mix it up the stream just a little bit because watching the same stream over and over may get a bit boring after a while this way you guys can rebroadcast it! and it will be a little different
Looking good ipltv! My only concern tho is that sometimes its hard to know what i am watching. Seems like i see a new beardstyle of catzpajamas every time i tune in (jk)
Sure you can see the schedule for that, but casual watchers (who dont know how to get there) may be deterred by the confusion (like some people have already stated)
So my idea is that you could put some custom overlays to indicate what show are we watching. It could be either a small logo indicating the show, or a replacement of the default score overlay with more information about the matches For instance, for IPL season 3, relevant information to know IMO would be: -What round are we watching (ro64, ro32, pool play, etc...) -What season are we in (This will make rebroadcasting content much more transparent) -Current score (For the IPL season 2 overlay, it think it wasnt quite explicit)
For other type of shows, maybe a little watermark logo on the bottom right would suffice.
I wish this stream wouldn't be featured. They only show re-runs, they don't have any schedule and if they do they don't follow it, and it's always online. Zzzz. What's the point? Heard of vods?
This stream always confuses me. I assume if its ON AIR it'll be live casting, yet I half the time its a replay on something I watched...last week??? It should be label "restream" like other tourneys to cut back on confusion.
i just watched the stream of incontrol against artitst.
1) Please don't spoile the result by saying game 2 is the final game 2) Please stay a little bit more on topic 3) Please try to be neutral casters (dont hate on incontrol's strategy. chances are he knows what he`s doing)
but nevertheless i enjoyed the casts. HD & painuser have pontential to be great casters
I really enjoy the caster selection and diversity, I'm happy they're all under one roof producing. Painuser has impressed me over the last year, my love for him has changed from night to day.
I posted this in the IPL 3 thread but I guess it's more appropriate in this one:
Hey IGN, I think you guys are doing a great job with your shows, but they are somewhat confusing to follow. For example, I just started watching the series with TLO vs Socke at game 2, and I there was no mention of where this game was from. I look on these tourney forums and there isn't a LR thread or anything. If I would have to guess, I'd' say they were from the IPL#3 qualifier 1, but I don't know of a good way of finding out. I went to your official site and it wasn't clear what your stream was showing.
I think it would be very helpful if you guys would have a LR thread when you go live that explains what games you are showing, what event it's from, and where in the bracket the games actually are. Thanks for you work.
edit:
Now that I went hunting on your site, I found your schedule page:
I guess I was just watching your community spotlight show. It would be nice if the schedule was a bit easier to find on your home page. It also be better if the schedule was more written out more clearly to show who is playing who. For example, in today's community spotlight show, it has no mention of who is playing. Also I think it'd make sense for the casters to say something like "You're watching the IPL TV community spotlight" around commercial breaks or something like that. Also it'd be nice to hear something like "For those of you just joining us or have never watched before, the community spotlight is a daily show where we [whatever it is you do]". Often when I tune in, I am very confused as to what I'm watching.
Overall, I really appreciate the work you're putting into the show, it would be a lot better if it were easier to know what is going on when I tune in. Especially since you're showing after hours, community spotlight, qualifiers, and not to long ago you were rebroadcasting IPL2 in a marathon or something like that. Maybe just an overlay that says "You're watching [name of show]" every once in a while and explaining where the games are from after commercial breaks or something.
last edit:
Now that I look more closely, I am noticing that the words "community spotlight" are visible here and there in and around the video. So I guess I could've known what I was watching if I were a little more discerning. But I think my experience shows that there is a gap in communicating to the audience what exactly it is that you guys are showing on your stream all the time. I still haven't been explained to what the community spotlight is. I wasn't aware it was the name of your show until i went to your calendar. Perhaps it would be helpful to get a page on Liquipedia page for each of your shows explaining what they are, and what are rebroadcasts and stuff like that.
I hope I'm not overly critical and that you guys find this feedback helpful. Thanks for all the work you guys do.
I completely agree with Mainland above me here. While the production quality is great, more clear and accessible information about the relevance of the match you are watching I think would be important. Otherwise every match, even live broadcasted matches, get tossed into the bundle with yesterday's replays and season 2 material. Yes, there are ways to see what you are watching, but they are not as easily accessible as other tournaments make it. I think a link in the chat to a thread that very clearly and immediately shows what you are watching, and the significance of that event, would be greatly helpful.
Edit: Also, could PainUser not talk for 15 minutes about how good he thinks he is at weight lifting and wrestling? I don't think there is anything in existence that I could conceivably find less interesting. Not to mention this is during Incontrol vs. Artist... a match I would expect better commentary out of.

Yeah I have to agree. The "Ads in progress" Screen has a very loud sound.
Along with the ads being very loud, the casters and games are very very low...at least 1/2 as quiet if not quieter than any other stream I watch. I don't even watch IPL anymore because I can't hear anything going on without turning my speakers way way up and being unable to do anything else while it's playing.
GUYS PLS, when casting a game, DONT spend the entire first 10 minutes on some epic youtube videos you saw someday somewhere. there are bunkers going up in the meanwhile.
haha silly but funny with the NBA player and all. <3
Still sound difference inbetween Ads/Stream is to high at times, worst thing is that when you have the stream muted the ads are still played in full sound :/
Just lost all respect for HD as a caster after watching MMA vs DRG. Chanting and cheering for DRG the entire time and totally biased commentary almost made me puke. I enjoy DRG as well, but come on.... Such a shame. Been following alot of the IPL qual games and he's been doing a pretty nice job, but this was just abysmal..

The IPL used to have pretty good production values, but the past few days it seems you guys have had a lot of technical problems. Like tonight you just had some overlap with the Kiwikaki games' audio with the mma video, followed by a pause and a disconnect and a return to the tails vs check game right after. What's causing these issues?

Zerg casters favour Zerg players more than Terran/Protoss casters favour their own races, it's a scientifically proven fact.

Well Pain is damn biased towards Terran aswell crying about DTs and how they should be nerfed like Hellions .... yeah sure if you take their 1 hit worker DMG then give them hellion speed plz x_X and then he downtalks the effects of EMP vs a toss army ...... If you look closely almost every caster is biased in some way like Iam towards toss.
a caster should be unbiased during casting games. all well known casters are unbiased when they cast games, for a reason.
Day9, Artosis Husky, HD, Gretorp, Pajamas, whoever. all good casters out there. more or less.
painuser not. as a caster this guy is awful. games are unwatchable. he dislikes toss, and doesn't hide that. he can hate whatever he likes, i do not care. but not when casting games please.

I enjoy the bias talk. Its nice to have a different type of caster than everyone being "unbiased". And who are you to say casters SHOULD be this and that. They can be whatever they want to be. Its nice to have a two friends at home feel to the IPL and i think Painuser is an excellent caster. Hope to see more!

Did you seriously just say all well known casters are unbiased or was that sarcasm? Everyone has their own bias based on things like their race, how well they know someone, their talent as a Starcraft player, what bothers them, etc. Go watch Chill's video if you want unbiased commentary.
that wasnt sarcasm. during their casts generally all of the well known caster are unbiased. otherwise they would not have much success/viewers on the long run. trust me.

ye who am i saying my opinion / giving a feedback in forum.
some things simply are what they are.
a cook should use salt in food, whether he likes it or not.
a singer should have a voice thats doenst sound annyoing, etc.
1) Please, don't use that black green screen in the caster cam. It looks so bad and... not serious in a way. If you're gonna have a cam on your casters, use a wall with all your sponsors and IGN logo etc in the background. Similair to this: + Show Spoiler +
Otherwise just skip the cam on the casters imo.
2) Stream in 1920x1080 and not like 1280x720 or whatever you guys are using now. Not only is everything getting bigger in such a low resolution you are using now (mouse pointer etc) but the overall graphics quality is lacking and the picture get somewhat blurred since it's fewer pixels and most 16 : 9 screens today have a native resolution of 1920x1080 or at least 1600x900.

Yes, you are entitled to your opinion as im entitled to mine. It really isn't even that biased. They use there bias towards races playfully and half heartedly. There not up in the air about it.A singer should not have a voice that isn't annoying? Thats also completely wrong. An annoying voice is all entitled to opinion really. All voices have their place when trained, listen to some opera. I don't, but not everyone has a voice that isn't annoying but they are still singers. So basically, all your "should's" are ignorant. A caster is a new thing and there are no rules and regulations to what a caster "should" be. All there is, is what we as a fan base and an individual want our casters to be. Yes that is right, "want". This is my last post replying to this, I don't want to keep bumping this thread for this silly argument. Btw, its the worst feedback i've ever heard. Next time when your trying to give feedback , try doing it without attacking that caster. As a person giving feedback, your awful. Now tell me. Is that really decent feedback?? (Rhetorical question)
As for the actual casting itself. Painuser is great analyitically and is also very entertaining. The only thing that needs work in my opinion is the synergy between the casters when Painuser and HD disagree on something. There is a little bit to much bluntness to it. Its not bad that it is blunt, but that it happens quite often that it kind of starts to stack up. So maybe trying to soften up the disagreements a bit and do them a bit lightly. If that makes sense. I Enjoy the IPL alot!
IPL TV is back! It's been a while, but IPL 2 and IPL 3 Qualifiers have been shown for the last couple of months, and we have some time to kill before IPL 3 Origins at Caesars in Atlantic City! Come join us for this week's broadcasts leading up to our first ever live event beginning Thursday, October 6th!
The schedule in the original post has been updated!
I tuned in to the Idra and Minigun game. I watched the end of game 2 and game 3, but I still have no idea where this game comes from: is it a showmatch, a game from the qualifiers? I feel like it's a recurring problem with IPL TV, I never feel like I have context on the games that are shown, games feel generic. I'm also not really into catspajama's casting, I feel like he is doing the "radio voice" way too much, and it ends up boring. It really feels like he is in automatic mode . But I guess it's a question of taste, and it's his style of casting.
Overall IPLtv feels a bit boring to me, that's a shame because what you're doing is awesome overall .
IPL TV is back yet again at 5 p.m. PDT / 8 p.m. EDT with more games from the IPL 3 Live Open Qualifier! Spanishiwa, State, KawaiiRice, and KiWiKaKi will be spotlighted today!
Also, I get to cast with CatsPajamas, so I'd appreciate any feedback about the casting! =P
