they were announced a long time ago, hope any visa issues would have been taken care of in the meantime...
pretty sad they are dropping out, hope it doesn't become a trend especially after Columbus was such a success....

Also all the koreans say they would jump at a chance to go to foreign tourny then drop out... if they keep doing that then they will just stop getting invited...
