really hope fxo gonna pick up kiwikaki and slush. Other than the fact they will be reunited with qxc and Sheth, they will be an awesome addition to the GSTL roster.

Erm no, IdrA has called Kiwi bad plenty of times. It could be all part of the hype train though. He's admitted himself he says some things now just to cause a stir.

I think people should keep in mind that the last time IdrA said Kiwi was bad was after the IPL finals. He did that mainly because he had no other choice since iNcontroL cornered him on SotG and asked him how he, a Zerg that always talks about Protoss being unbeatable and Zerg being unable to get big tournament wins, was able to beat a Protoss and win the IPL.


The amount of times i've heard IdrA say there's no good Protoss' in North America or that ROOT players are bad... Seriously... He's BM'd Kiwi before. Like i said, whether he meant it or not, only he knows but he's certainly done it. And not just after the IPL either. That was just the most recent.

Guys when you are making speculations on where Kiwi is going you need to look at the implications behind each aquirement.
EG- have 2 "strong Protosses already" (-_-), and would be on a team with Idra ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Liquid- actually have 2 strong protosses.
FXO-Is going to Korea and is lacking a strong protoss or two in the lineup (possibility, but unlikely unless Sheth can work some magic)
Dignitas-Has best protoss outside of korea already why not take both? and I believe that Naniwa wants to go to Korea and Kiwi has expressed some desire for Korea. (Best choice IMO).

they picked up destiny when people still believed he might become a big name, but since then hes fallen back into a streams-a-lot-funny-guy.

the first team to be able to put together any kind of pro house, and none of their players have become better because of it. their best players dont even live in the house.

its all well and good rooting for the underdog but you cant argue that root are the estro of america


QXC, Sheth and Kiwikaki were all unknown and improved during their time with Root. I think those are the 3 best examples. Drewbie and Minigun also got better but I wouldn't consider them top calibre players atm.


Drewbie has more tournament wins than both qxc and Sheth and more prize money earnings than Sheth.

You cannot compare it by that though. QXC and Sheth play in more difficult, high level tournaments. Drewbie is just a go4sc2/craftcup hero.

i think only Minigun is a improvement to coL roster, i mean they already had the lower level players for "depth" in ryze and antimage

Just comparing some of the tournaments they've been in, it looks pretty similar. I don't think QXC and Sheth play in more difficult, high level tournaments at all. :/

Does anyone else find it odd that compLexity would completely get rid of their tf2 team then just come back around and buy ROOT gaming? It feels like sc2 is having too much of an effect on other eSports and compLexity just saw where the money was.

SC2 didn't kill TF2. Valve did that by making sure pub play is NOTHING like competitive play so that there are no fresh players for the competitive scene.

A somewhat bittersweet acquisition. It's a little bit sad to see ROOT lose its independence but exciting to see them join a well-established e-sports team/organization in Complexity.

lol drewbie is playing the same tournaments as qxc and sheth... what are you talking about? He had a good run in Dallas and in Colombus I don't remember if he came at a better place than Sheth and qxc, anyone knows that?
