I don't know the hotkeys of other pros tho. Could still be Boxer or someone else? Boxer has said he has played a lot with the latency before and he likes bio and banshee openings. You didn't know who pillage is? He's pretty much the most (in)famous drop hacker. It took a very long time for Blizz to ban him even though he was at the top of GM for a fairly long time. (I'm having a bad premonition that I'm wrong :S)

You don't have to be 'known' to roll everyone on ladder. Not everyone plays the game professionally, I'd say there are people who play ladder only just as good as some of the pros. RTS games are about intelligence more than anything. I know a guy who made masters on EU in under a week, and it's the first RTS game he has ever touched in his life. He played maybe 100 games in a week and picked it up incredibly fast! you should not be so quick to assume everyone needs months of practice to get good some people are just exceptionally clever + pick up things very fast.

It's the most educated guess I came up with too. To add something more, the hotkey setup does not match Bomber's at all (Bomber seems not to like hotkeying past 7 and puts his rax differently etc) so I'd go with MMA.
And from the games ive seen bomber play, he also hotkeys a few scvs on 3/4 for quick building and his apm is a bit lower. So I would say MMA is the likeliest.
