Sure it's the old patch, but a NINE game replay pack from YongHwa?! No need for an apology there!

Keep being awesome YongHwa, hope to see you in Code A and S soon!

I gotta say, this is probably my favourite of the Korean interviews so far. It gave an excellent amount of insight into his life as a pro-gamer

many thanks, these offer a lot of insight. I LOVE the GSTL, almost more so than the individual league, and hope to see IM in the next one.

Would love to see more team leagues in the future as well!
Put that coffee down.

Nice interview "requires a delicate answer" indeed

Where can you get the aforementioned YongHwa replay pack from?

Some takes more work than the other. If I'm trying to search for a guy it may take a while like in the case of YongHwa, or I can just ask one of my progamer friends if i could talk to their teammate for a bit. other times if they're someone im really interested in searching, i ask progamers to help me look for them. the interviews are all done online in battle.net

Wow wonderful interview. I wish I could talk to YongHwa myself. Maybe I should just learn korean

to be honest, i dont know any korean as well. one of the most surprising thing i found was that koreans know a lot more english than i expected. it's either that or they really know how to use google translater since a progamer was complaining to me the other day that google translater was down

Shocks me every single time how few some Korean players seem to know about the NA/EU scene. All the guys he mentioned were there for the WC + Loner.

I believe a large part of Koreans looking down on NA/EU players (ok, I've seen this only a couple times now but still) is that they're just not aware of any of the players. Basically every single one of the Koreans who actually had some exposure to NA/EU players has said the same thing - the best of them are pretty much on the same level as the Koreans.

Aside from that, good interview.

GREAT Interview, very good insight even in strategy.

And finally a good reason from a pro-player, why Laser-Toss isn't imbalanced.

to be honest thats not really fair. the biggest problem is language barriers. many foreigners dont know much about the korean scene as well besides tournaments like GSL and GSTL where we can actually view them as they're english content. same with korean progamers, many foreigners dont know much about Code B players, you only know about the ones on GSL/GSTL. on the korean side, its the same thing, they know players from world team since its in korean content, they know TSL and World team players since GomTV broadcast them on korea, and apparently they stopped TSL as well ever since all the koreans got knocked out. also take a look at korean tournaments like the LG Cinema tournament thats been going on the past couple weeks, many foreigners dont know about that tournament since theres not even any english content about that.

many of the progamers ive talked to admit they know little about the foreign scene, however they are all very interested in participating in foreign tournaments but they thing that keeps holding them back is sponsorship, which is the same situation in the foreign scene where many foreigners wants to play in Korea but cant due to sponsorship
