Hey again guys, we've been so overwhelmed by the positive response to our previous videos so here's my latest creation! It's a parody of Losing My Religion by REM basically about how much I hate ZvZ haha, I hope you like it! Thanks for watching!

Haha, great... I, too, despise ZvZ. And it's also really nice to see a parody done of a classic song instead of some terrible hip-hop/teen idol song. REM are actually artists!

"Oh no I droned too much I haven't droned enough." meh thats not even happened to the artosis and tastless songs so i think this means your song is even better then i thought first
this is actually really good...did you recorded all the instruments? or is it from the original? you have a mandolin? vocals are pretty difficult to get right, you have done a good job!

No, I did not record all the instruments, I created the lyrics and sang it/recorded the vocals. Unfortunately, due to lack of resources (all my instruments are at home) and my college schedule, I can't do things like creating all the instrumental tracks. However, once summer starts I'll be able to do those things! Thank you so much though, I'm glad you liked it! It took a good amount of takes to get it to a place where I was satisfied, his voice is extremely hard to replicate!

Very well done. Never heard the original song but i listened to it before i listened to the parody. Seriously good parody. Also, if you do more keep linking the original songs because i would have hated that if i didn't hear R.E.M sing it (dont like REM btw, first and last time listing to it/him/them).
I generally don't like the majority of such parody songs on stuff cause I somehow find them distasteful(at least according to my tastes ), but seriously this song is incredible and hilarious! I've listened to it 3 times in a row already, really great job! 2 thumbs up from me xD
Very nice. One word of advice: don't compress the vocals too much. The attack and release on the compressor is super, super hard. Soften that up a little.

Hmm, I've noticed that it sounds a lot worse on the YouTube version of it, the actual Mp3 sounds okay. But that's a problem I've had before...I haven't been compressing the audio though as far as I know. I try to record as purely as possible. I'm really not sure what causes it

The awesome thing about this "parody" is that it is more than that. The lyrics manage to capture the feeling of the original, but in Zerg terms. I think that is genius.

Yeah I had the original song stuck in my head today and was singing it but I was replacing that one line with this one. My roommate gave me odd looks until I explained the reason for the odd chorus.
