Thank you. Audio only is better than nothing. xo

Does he ever upload the VOD's? If Yes, where can I find them? I always miss this show and I never find the VODS.

@topic/question
This is a question for everyone, and its kind of long so bare with me. My question is whether the hosts think it would be a good idea to change the tech path of the roach and the hydralisk around. Basically I'm saying make the hydra den a T1 building and the roach warren a T2 building. Here are a few short reasons why I think this would be a good decision.
- The roach is very supply inefficient mid-late game - The hydra is awful during most parts of the game because its not strong enough for its cost - The roach is difficult to balance because buffing it would making it too strong early game - The hydra just doesnt seem to be getting buffed for some reason, I guess blizzard hates it - Its also a T2 light unit, which is awful because its too squishy and too slow (seriously light units should be fastest units) - Obviously the hydra would need a nerf to its dps, and maybe a boost to its speed (not too much though, just enough to navigate between your own bases) - Having hydras T1 would make zerg less vulnerable in the early game to things like stargate play and 2 base all ins (since hydras have more range than roaches and do not take extra immortal damage) - Having stronger roaches T2 (which cost more and have either a damage or range buff and can actually beat blink stalkers) would make it so zerg can actually put pressure back on a protoss player, and the protoss player cannot simply sit on 2 bases until they max. - While this will make zerg stronger in the early and mid game against protoss, ultimately these units will melt against a T3 toss army (colossus/HT) - Also because of the hydras slow movement off creep zerg cant continously swarm the toss until toss dies.
Obviously its very hard to predict the metagame after a change like this. But I think switching the two units around would really be beneficial in ZvP, while not changing much in ZvT (except maybe finally having a viable unit against mech). ZvZ could be a problem as early ling/bling attack would be impossible to hold off with hydra ling, but I think zergs would be willing to take it.
To clarify, the point of switching the two units is to provide zerg with some decent anti air, and to provide them with a stronger backbone unit than the roach. This will make it a bit easier for the zerg to stay alive early-mid game, without really effecting the end game army compositions.

Every terran would open blue flame hellion and expand to 3 bases without you being able to do anything about it.

Yea I realized that blue flame hellion openings would be strong. But I figured there could be some lair roach timings to counteract it.

Fortunately we have the mp3.

I was only searching for the MP3 version in iTunes. Inside the Game don´t have MP3 anymore, only the video version in the iTunes? (I download the mp3 now, thks for the links in this topic).
|
Yeah, it doesn't as of right now. Wheat said something like his setup does not allow for simultaneous mp3 recording so it would cost him extra time to do that, so he wouldn't be able to do that for the time being.

Any news on today's show? ITG isn't showing up on the TL calendar.

Onemoregametv announced no shows this week as Wheat is still moving/setting up!
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Ah yes that's right, Wheat even said that on last week's show. Thanks for responding Geoff.

Will RSS feed be updated? It shows Inside the Game E25 - 12/13/11 as the last one?

I would switch the hydra to spawning pool tech, add a speed increase at lair (from 2.5 to 3), starting speed of 2.5, atk of 7, 60 health. Then move roach to tier 2 and give it a defense upgrade, lower the natural speed to 2.25 and have the speed increase go to 2.75, also, I would look and test giving roaches a +dmg to light units so it actually does well vs what it does in the lore.

is there a reason why he doesent uploed the episodes any more? yes i know, the newest episodes have been linked into this thread, but that doesnt answer the question. maybe i just missed a statement..?

the RSS feed will no longer be updated. blip.tv removed the convert to audio only setting that wheat used to provide with mp3s.
