I really hope DJwheat gets his shit together and we don't have to go through all this for every episode... It would seriously not be hard to just press "record" using any audio program at the beginning of the show and upload the mp3 somewhere afterward. | ||

Well, let's be fair here, I only uploaded to Sound Cloud (still took a while to find a decent location for the file) and i don't know how the conversion to mp3 worked (Hashbaz did the work and knows about the way to do it). It takes a bit of time to figure out which programs to use and how to upload it, so any work we can do to figure out and streamline the process will make it easier for the content provider, ie. Dj Wheat, to start providing an mp3 alongside the video. So, if you can find a recording program, do suggest it to DJ Wheat. He's pretty good at responding to stuff like that. | ||

It's $40, but I've had it for a while now, and it has been well worth it. Watching GSL with no buffering and no ads on the train on the way to work is pretty nice. It even has format conversions built in, so all I had to do is start the recording at 4:00 yesterday and tell it to convert the result to mp3. I came back three hours later and it was done. I'm happy to continue recording and sharing the mp3 every week, since I do it for my own use regardless. We can keep posting to Soundcloud if that works, or do torrents. Hopefully Wheat figures out something on his end, or at the very least gets in contact with us about this so he can upload to iTunes in a timely manner. | ||
