He knows this may help. But when you have a little pride and a sturdy backbone, it's nothing at all to put a couple people in their place. I mean it's not like he's losing anything by responding. If anything it shows how much he cares about what the community thinks.

It would definitely help out on your hypocrite image if you on one of the talkshows said to idra that you disliked him being a dick, and asked him not to talk shit to other people. In every talk show you seem to indirectly defend him some way when the discussion is on idras behaviour. If you have actually (on air) said that Idras behaviour is not acceptable I will apologize for my statement, however I dont think thats the case.

I'm rooting for your PR to improve, so very hard. I sympathize with your reactions, because they are the same that I get when I run into stupidity and/or hate. It's posts like this one, where the aggression and hostility are in check, that keep me interested and rooting for further, greater success.
My advice is to double-check any post that you've had to use all caps in. Those are when self-control has slipped, and emotion has taken over. Consider just not submitting those posts. I know that this is an opinion from some random newcomer, but it is what it is.
