Articles like that are still great for the community, but I wish it had been done better.

Also, it would be hilarious if he actually just went full out Firebathero on people (IE throw a bowl of rice on the ground, take off his shirt and go swimming after he wins).

This isn't because he's rude and speaks his mind, it's because he lets his anger get in the way of his quality of play, it's very easy to tell "good idra" and "angry Idra" by just watching him play. I agree that it's very natural for players to get angry, but someone like Idra who has spent so much time training and building his life as a professional SC2 player should have definitely learned by now not to let it affect how he plays his games. Also, it would be hilarious if he actually just went full out Firebathero on people (IE throw a bowl of rice on the ground, take off his shirt and go swimming after he wins). ugh, more random IdrA hate for no reason. He doesnt have the mindset to become a competitor? tell that to all his 2009 1st place wins in brood war and his RO8 GSL achievment/how hes tearing up the foreigner scene atm. you do realize that happens to every best player right?...its called tilting, its when you feel you play pretty well and should be in a way better position than you are and you start to lose faith that you can win the match. So your saying every other player doesnt tilt?? absolutely rediculous

Idra it's time to grow up. If you want to be attractive toward sponsors how about you man-up and grow some balls. Take your losses like a real man.

It's a good example of how balance whine does not equate to someone not trying. NesTea, the other Zerg GSL champ, is on the same boat. You assumed right, but I think my point still stands. Fruitdealer knew TvZ was imbalanced but he played a style that made it possible to win. A couple of times recently I've seen Idra say something along the lines of 'I'll beat x, I'll beat y, but then I'll lose to z because he plays Protoss.' I don't think that's the attitude of the person who will figure out the strategy to beat the current Protoss style, although I'm sure when someone does figure it out Idra will be one of the best at applying the new strategy.

So your saying every other player doesnt tilt?? Other players don't tilt nearly as much as Idra does. Stop classifying the things I say as "Idra hate" when it's really not that simple. I do not hate Idra, I hate the fact that as incontrol said he's constantly defeating himself in tournaments. It happened in Dreamhack when he 6 pooled against MC after going toe to toe with him in the previous game, it happened in TSL when he went in completely overconfident and lost to something he should have won against, and to a lesser extent it happened in MLG when he lost to hallucinated Void Rays. This is "tilting" yes, but Idra does this almost every fucking tournament. I'm sure even HE knows that he needs to fix this mindset before he will be a winner.

Watch IPL or NASL, man. He's tearing shit up. And that's bullshit that other players don't tilt as much as he does, you just don't notice it as much when they tilt because IdrA has a reputation for "getting angry" even though almost every single player who is good gets angry after losing. Even Sheth has said on stream that he gets emotional after losing, he just doesn't direct it outwards. People need to stop with this amateur psychology bullshit. IdrA was in a slump, now he's not in a slump. Every player goes through that.
