Also - to all those calling for the replacement of Gretorp/Inc, lets all remember how the entire community seemed to HATE HATE HATE Kelly(Milkies) when she started casting the GSL, and it didn't take long before that "hate train" was gone. Let's at least give them a chance to improve, as it is the first day after all.. If you're going to criticize at least give them suggestions on how to improve. | ||

One more thing : Use diffuse light for the set instead of spotlights. Should not cast shadow on the backdrop. | ||

People absolutely hated Kelly and still do. Look up the TL thread just recently that had a Kelly interview. The "hate train" is alive and kicking. There's a reason she's no longer working for GSL... I don't think Gretorp is anywhere near as bad as her, but still. | ||

While the video quality of the 1080p stream was very impressive, the audio was pretty lacking. It also felt somewhat empty to watch a stream without music. I think a solution to #3 is something that could greatly improve the overall production, and that's doing the same as GSL & TSL and having a third person dedicated to observing. They'd be able to fully concentrate on catching everything, keeping the production tab open when not talking about something that requires another tab, and also allowing for some of the other snazzy observer features to be used. I think it'd also help Gretorp & Incontrol improve their commentary with each other. Anyone who watches GSL could see how their casting improved when Tasteless no longer had to observe, I think they would experience the same. | ||

Turn music on. Fire both casters and hire someone competent... or at least funny, I'd rather listen to Totalbiscuit's accent than Incontrol's jokes or Gretorp's painfully fake excitement. | ||

In most sports, there's a play by play, and a color commentator. iNcontroL is taking the assumed role of of the pbp, seeing as he has the banter, the knowledge and the presence/voice. Gretorp's voice is a valid point, it isn't the BEST casting voice i've ever heard, but it isn't whiny or nasly or something. He assumes more of the color commentator (i'd say atm they're talking around 40% Gretorp 60% iNc) All in all i'm loving the stream, been watching since 8:30 | ||

Additionally, the microphone quality seems poor, and volume levels of both commentators seem to fluxuate greatly. Still a great first show. | ||

Still a great first show. missing music isnt a big deal for me. with the game sounds, having to watch the game, bitch on TL, and hear the casting theres already alot of information coming in, i dont need game music too. | ||
