First Round:
Those games with Nero vs Froz were like jaw dropping. First game was a huge macro battle where players took over half the map in paranoid android and just fought it out across the bridge over at Froz's side. Froz did a good job of defending early on but just started to get overrun. He tried to kill off Nero's expanding that was just starting up on the bottom left corner but he was attacked and had to pull back and let go of that expo. Nero did a recall on Froz's main and attacked up the front and that's when it was totally over. T_T sorry froz =/ Nero said he even felt bad he won =x. That was the game I was following first round.

Tasteless (guy with blue hair) was commentating the game on screen - Slog vs Nyoken. The battles were close and there were always two battles going on at the same time. Both players were being very aggressive. Tasteless was commenting with this noob guy it was funny listening to them try and explain what was going on. (He actually announced wrong winner at first but quickly corrected). Slog lost 0-2.

Second Round:
Day won against Artosis as you guys know. By late game in one of the games I saw a nydus canal and guardians building. Looks like Day was doing a real good job in those games. (And I worried a bit cuz he threw up before the game o.O; =x).

Yosh won against Wisdom 2-0.

I wasn't really watching cuz meanwhile the stage had these stupid contests going where they would choose 5 people and get em to reenact scenes from games. Starcraft was robbed. My bf did a real good job reenacting a firebat but some chick was there and it was between them two and they ended up giving the prize to the chick =P b00. (They chose by how loud the applause was). Second time, shock (#2 warcraft 3 player last year) participated and did a good job reenacting a zergling and he lost to this dood who seemed like he was on crack. was a counterstrike guy and i guess they were louder jsut cuz there were more of em. -_-;

Everythings done for starcraft today. its 4:30pm ny time. They just have counter strike on right now.

I think it would have sucked to be just a normal spectator because you dont really see much. They only show one game (out of all the games played at the same time) to show on all the big screens so you don't really know whats going on unless ur at the players area. I tried sticking around as much as possible. I hope wcg takes feedback on how to run things better next year.

Tomorrow, I root for day and yosh. zvz in the finals =O. I didn't expect that with all the terrans we had. gl hf.

ps. mick foley was here for a while too that was pretty damn cool but he seemed so out of place. this is all about the gamers man. they are the stars of the show. aint no wrestlers gonna steal the spotlight from em. well.. not for too long neway.
