So Avilo would not be representing himself "Per se" and he would be the Plaintiff obviously. Lawyers tend to take a 40-50%+ depending on the cases. You can still vote for him and he has 43 (now 46 or something) votes. The only reason they put him on that standby list is because of his "perceived popularity" of tens of thousands of votes, which turned out to be a farce with a vast majority of those votes being invalid. So, they removed those invalid votes, Avilo is back down to 43 votes, and as he would not even have been close to receiving a spot in the standby list with that many votes, they removed him from the standby list. He is still on the voting list. How hard is that to understand? | ||

I think that you were right to contact him personally...just should have made it clear that you guys didn't know who was vote rigging for him, but you knew for sure that someone was from the get go. By accusing him with noevidence, you put yourself in a bad spot. Basically all of your accusations were on the assumption that he did it or knew about it or Sanctioned it. Given all the discussions you guys and Avilo had in a public forum, anyone really with some tech know how could decide that it would be "fun" to rig your votes and put Avilo ahead in your poll. You were wrong to accuse him and even the follow up PMs it still seems that you think he did it from the tone of those messages. Maybe this would have still blown up anyway, but at least then you would be put in a more positive light when you release the evidence. That is all. Like I said, still excited by the NASL. | ||
