But that's a pretty minor gripe compared to the entire tournament. The more information that comes out about this, the more excited I'm getting. Keep up the good work.

I will try to find an image of a single elimination bracket with seeds correctly positioned. Edit: here we go, this bracket is good: http://www.wvmat.com/brackets/bracket8.jpg this is how it's normally done, not sure if you guys are trying to be different or just made them up on the fly. The way outlined in the second link is how it's done in order to maximize the advantage of the higher seeds. So, assuming the higher seed wins every game, the #1 seed will play the lowest seeded player the next round. At the very least, the 1, 2, 3, and 4 seeds should be in different quarters of the bracket, otherwise the seeds have little meaning.

I must say though, as a professional graphic artist, I see various errors on the bracket image. Sorry if it makes you guys uncomfortable me writing this, but I feel the professional image NASL is trying to represent, is being stained with things like these. 1) Red box text is scaled horizontally, this makes it look highly unprofessional. 2) "Remaining" text is written "Remaing" 3) I dont understand the palette. You have a really nice saturated green and purple, though you maintain unsaturated blues and reds, and a really weird chick yellow that stands too much out of the image. 4) Image compression: You can see the artifacts near the the texts. Preferably, as this is an image that will be highly viewed, either try not to compress the jpg or save it as a lossless png, which makes it much better. 5) "Single Elimination" is written "Single Elimation". 6) There is no NASL logo on the image. Every separate image should have the NASL logo. I think all these issues are a must fix.

I like that you guys are keeping us up to date, but I feel there has to be as good as an effort on the graphics part in order for NASL to be something as cool as GSL ![]()

The winner = win 10 games straight. He is bound to be a stud. Too bad he faces the top seed of the tournament right away...

Agreed, it looks unprofessional and like something a high schooler would throw together. Now, once the league is underway and things start pickin up, there will no doubt be improvements. But still, consider outsourcing the graphic design stuff or get some people who know what they're doing.

As huge and awesome NASL is going to be, it will be impossible for a person like me to watch every single game. Personally I will pick a few players and follow them. Even though I will not be able to see every game I want do want to be "involved" in the tournament as much as possible. Will there be a recap show every week? a show where you will show all the results and highlights of the games played that week, so that people like me can follow it as good as possible without having to invest impossible amounts of time or just rely on results without seing any actual gameplay.

#1 How do you determine seeding for the Top2 of each Division(red spots)? #2 Is it one bracket per division or do we see mixed brackets(blue spots; 3rd-6th place in each Div.)? #3 "bottom 16 out" How do you get from 20(7th - 10th place) to 16?

Each division will play in a round robin format. Top 2 are the two players with the best record. The players from 11-40 will be ranked and the top 20 of those advance to the playoffs to play for 5 more spots, with the last spot going to the open tournament winner.

My questions are: is your plan to cast every single one of those best of 3 or w/e? Or I am wrong i thinking there will be BO3 in the early stage, ie. division stage? I agree with the fellow above asking for a recap video. I hope you have a patient editing team.
