"ㅎ" would probably be closest to "H" in terms of pronunciation when paired with a vowel. 흐흐 하하 etc. Basically sounds like how one would laugh. If you text something funny to anybody in Korea, they would most likely respond with a ㅎㅎ (as in haha, funny). In your example however, boxer would most likely be trying to say GG back, except you, or myself, or anybody else for that matter, is not worthy of having boxer make the extra effort to hit his Korean/English input key.
