There are probably few cases where the bans (might also account for previous games as wow/wc3) were unjustified as those people might not have violated any terms. Even though Blizzard can ban anyone they want and whenever they want it still raises questions like these to me. | ||

Warden is in d2lod aswell where all the item stores aka dupe hacking just check when warden is on and when its not (with some tool) and then hack away... since warden is not always on aka its not as good as you might think. | ||

You should check the official XBox Live ban forum.
